ՌԴ-ում շարունակում է քննարկվել Հրաչյա Հարությունյանին արտահանձնելու հարցը

 Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունու շարունակում է քննարկվել Մոսկվայում դատապարտված հայ վարորդ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանին Հայաստանին արձահանձնելու հարցը:

Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի բռնությունների կանխարգելման վարչության պետ Երանուհի Թումանյանցը: «Հիմա ողջ գործընթացը գտնվում է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տիրույթում: Նախարարությունը համապատասխան փաստաթղթերն ուղարկել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, և այնտեղ այդ հարցը քննարկվում է: Սակայն վերջնական պատասխան դեռ չկա: Մենք նրա ընտանիքի հետ ենք կապը պահում, եթե կա նման անհրաժեշտություն: Նրանք էլ գիտեն, որ դա երկարատև գործընթաց է: Երբ կտան ամբողջական համաձայնություն, նոր հնարավորություն կլինի նրան տեղափոխել»,- նշեց Թումանյանցը:

Հարցին, թե մոտավորապես ինչ ժամկետներում հնարավոր կլինի կազմակերպել Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի արտահանձնումը, Թումանյանցը դժվարացավ հստակ պատասխանել: «Գիտեք, տարբեր են գործընթացները:  Պրակտիկայում եղել է 1, 1.5, անգամ 2 տարի: Այսինքն՝ նման դեպքերում պահանջվում է փաստաթղթերի ամբողջական ուսումնասիրություն, ինչը երկարատև գործընթաց է:  Դրա համար հստակ ժամկետ ո՛չ միջազգային փաստաթղթերով, ո՛չ էլ Հայաստանի և ՌԴ-ի միջև կնքված փաստաթղթերով չկա, որովհետև ընդհանուր առմամբ գործընթացն երկարատև է: Կրկնում եմ՝  մեր պրակտիկայում եղել են դեպքեր, երբ արտահանձնման գործընթացը մինչև երկու տարի տևել է»,- եզրափակեց նա:

Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը ՌԴ-ում դատապարտվել է ազատազրկման 6 տարի 9 ամիս ժամկետով: Նրա վարած բեռնատարը 2013 թ. հուլիսի 13-ին բախվել էր Պոդոլսկից Կուրիլովո ուղևորվող 64 ուղևոր տեղափոխող ավտոբուսին: Պատահարի հետևանքով զոհվել էր 18 մարդ, տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացել 40-ը:
