Գազի լցակայանում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ

2024 թվականի հունիսի 6-ին՝ ժամը 23.10-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 16-րդ կմ հատվածում գտնվող գազի լցակայանում տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն, ապա հրդեհ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՔԿ-ից։
«Պայթյունի հետևանքով տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ են տեղափոխվել 2, իսկ «Աբովյան» ԲԿ՝ 5 անձ։ Վնասվել են նաև գազալցակայանի կոնստրուկցիաները, դրան հարող տարածքում գտնվող մի քանի ավտոմեքենաներ։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 172-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (երկու կամ ավելի անձանց առողջությանը անզգուշությամբ ծանր վնաս պատճառելը), 356-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (պայթյունավտանգ օբյեկտներում անվտանգության կամ աշխատանքի պաշտպանության կանոնները կամ պահանջները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ կամ այլ ծանր հետևանք), 357-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (hրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները կամ պահանջները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ կամ այլ ծանր հետևանք), 358-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (դյուրավառ կամ այրիչ նյութերի պահպանման, հաշվառման, փոխադրման, առաքման կամ օգտագործման կանոնները կամ պահանջները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ կամ այլ ծանր հետևանք) և 412-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող հումքերի կամ ապրանքների շրջանառությունը, աշխատանքների կատարումը կամ ծառայությունների մատուցումը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ, առողջությանը ծանր վնասի պատճառում կամ այլ ծանր հետևանք) նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբին։
Կատարվել են մի շարք վարութային և դատավարական գործողություններ, կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում վերցվել են դեպքի վայրի, ինչպես նաև հարակից տարածքում առկա տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունները, հարցաքննվել են բազմաթիվ անձինք:
Նշանակվել են դատահրդեհատեխնիկական դատապայթյունատեխնիկական, դատաշինարարատեխնիկական և դատաապրանքագիտական համալիր ու դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ անհետաձգելի քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ պայթյունի պատճառը և բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ»,-նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
