Արցախցիների բնակապահովման պետական ծրագրի շահառուները կստանան 3-ից 5 մլն դրամ. մանրամասներ

Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց բնակարանային ապահովության պետական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում շուտով կհստակեցվի դիմելու կարգը։
Կարգը հաստատվելուց հետո ծրագրի առաջին փուլով սահմանված պահանջներին բավարարող արցախցին հայրենակիցներն արդեն կկարողանան դիմումներ ներկայացնել հունիսի 15-ից։ Հիմնական պարտադիր պայմանը ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ունենալն է, ընդ որում՝ այս պայմանը պարտադիր է ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամների համար, այդ թվում՝ անչափահասների։
Քաղաքացիության ձեռքբերման գործընթացը համակարգվում է ՆԳՆ Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության կողմից՝ տարածքային բաժինների միջոցով։
Ծրագրի շահառու դառնալու համար ընտանիքը 2023 թ. սեպտեմբերի 19-ի կամ դիմելու օրվա դրությամբ ՀՀ-ում չպետք է ունենա սեփականության իրավունքով բնակարան կամ բնակելի տուն։ Եթե տեղահանված ընտանիքի անդամներից առնվազն մեկը չբավարարի այս պայմանին, ապա ընտանիքը, ցավոք, այդ կազմով չի համարվի ծրագրի շահառու։
Եթե ընտանիքը ԼՂ առանձին շրջաններից տեղահանված ընտանիքների համար բնակարանային մատչելիության ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագրի շահառու է, չի կարող օգտվել բնակապահովության այս նոր ծրագրից։ Ընդ որում՝ անկախ նրանից ընտանիքը այդ ծրագրի շրջանակում հավաստագիրն իրացրել է, չի իրացրել, հրաժարվել է, թե ոչ, նա նոր բնակապահովության ծրագրի շահառու լինել չի կարող։
Աջակցության չափերը տարբեր են՝ 3-ից 5 մլն դրամ՝ ելնելով նրանից, թե ընտանիքը որ բնակավայրում կնախընտրի կառուցել իր տունը կամ ձեռք բերել բնակարանը։ Բնակավայրերի ցանկում ներառված են և՛ քաղաքային բնակավայրեր, և՛ գյուղական։ Աջակցության առավելագույն չափ նախատեսված է այն բնակավայրերում, որտեղ ներկայում կամ առաջիկայում իրականացվելու են տարբեր ներդրումային ծրագրեր, այդ թվում՝ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացում, դպրոցների, մանկապարտեզների, ամբուլատորիաների կառուցում կամ հիմնանորոգում և այլն։
