Ալիևի երկու պահանջներից միայն մեկին են արձագանքել

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը նախօրեին մի քանի նոր պահանջներ է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, հայտարարել էր, թե անհնար է խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև, եթե Հայաստանի սահմանադրությունը մնա անփոփոխ։
Մեկ այլ չափազանց կարևոր մի հայտարարություն էլ Ալիևն արել էր ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի մասով՝ հայտարարելով, թե Բաքուն դիմել է Երևանին, որպեսզի համատեղ խնդրանքով դիմեն ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու համար։ Ըստ Ալիևի, եթե Երևանը չընդունի այս առաջարկը, ապա կնշանակի, որ շարունակում է տարածքային հավակնություն ունենալ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ։
Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը երեկ հայտարարություն է տարածել, նշել, թե տարածքային որևէ պահանջ իր որևէ հարևանից, այդ թվում Ադրբեջանից չունի։ ԱԳՆ-ն նաև արձանագրում է, որ Հայաստանի սահմանադրությունը և նրա փոփոխությունները Հայաստանի ներքին գործն են, իսկ Ադրբեջանի նման խոսույթը տորպեդահարում է խաղաղության գործընթացը և կասկածի տակ է դնում Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության՝ խաղաղության հասնելու անկեղծությունը։
Սահմանադրության փոփոխման վերաբերյալ հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերի բանավոր լեզվակռիվը դեռ երկար շատ ջուր է քաշելու, հատկապես, որ կողմերն առանձնապես խնդիր չունեն տարբեր հայտարարություններ անելու վերաբերյալ։ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն էլ նոր հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ հայտարարելով, թե սահմանադրությունը փոփոխելու իրենց պահանջները լեգիտիմ է։ Մինչդեռ ոչ միայն Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն, այլև պետական իշխանության այլ մարմիններ որևէ արձագանք չեն արել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու՝ Ալիևի առաջարկի վերաբերյալ։
Կամ Փաշինյանական վարչախումբն իսկապես այդ հարցում պայմանավորվածության է եկել Ադրբեջանի հետ, հերթական դավաճանական քայլն իրականացնելով, կամ էլ կարծում են, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ տերություններին դիմել առայժմ չարժե, թող նրանք իրենց հարցերն իրար մեջ լուծեն։
Ամեն դեպքում արձագանքի բացակայությունը չափազանց զարմանալի է։
