«Քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ցանկացած գործողություն ապօրինի է»․ Մելիքյանը կարմիր բերետ նվիրեց ՄԻՊ-ին

Այս շրջանում իշխանությունները բազմաթիվ միջոցներով ճնշում են մարդկանց, դա կարող է դրսևորվել մատ թափ տալուց սկսած մինչև կալանավորում։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 9-ին, Հանրապետության հրապարակում իր ելույթում հայտարարեց փաստաբան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը։
«Մենք ունենք քաղբանտարկյալներ, որոնք երկար ժամանակ է՝ նստած են։ Նստած է՝ Աշոտյանը, Մալյանը, Ասլանյանը, հիմա տեսնում ենք, որ տարբեր քաղաքական հայացքներ ունեցող մարդիկ այս մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում ունենք նոր քաղբանտարկյալներ՝ Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Սարգսյան․ մարդիկ իրենց ավտոմեքենաները բերել, հասցրել են Հայաստան, ստացվում է, որ պետք է թողնեի՞ն ավտոմեքենաները։ Մարտակերտի քաղաքապետ Միշա Գյուրջյան, Գանձասարից Նարեկ Թևոսյան, այն հայտնի 2200 դրամի կոշիկի պատմությունն է, Արսեն Վարդանյան՝ Վայքից, Արսեն Վարդանյան, Գնել Պետրոսյան, Ժորա Ավետիսյան, Գագիկ Համբարձումյան։ Երեկ 1 ամսով կալանավորվեց Կարապետ Պողոսյանը։ Սերգեյ Առաքելյանին մեղադրում են խուլիգանություն, երբ մեքենան քշում է իր վրա, ինքն էլ ոտքով հարվածում է մեքենային, անունը դնում են խուլիգանություն ու ուղարկում տնային կալանքի»,- նշեց փաստաբանը։
Անդրադառնալով ԱԳՆ շենքի դիմաց ոստիկանների կողմից քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ բիրտ ուժ գործադրելուն՝ փաստաբանն ասաց․ «Մի հոգի ոստիկան պատասխանատվության կանչվե՞ց, թե՞ ոչ։ Քանի դեռ մի ոստիկան չի կանչվել պատասխանատվության, քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ցանկացած գործողություն, այդ թվում՝ ձերբակալում և կալանավորում ապօրինի է, քանի որ տարբերակված մոտեցում է կիրառվում»։
Նա իր ելույթից հետո կարմիր բերետ նվիրեց ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ին։
