Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի աշխատակիցներն Արմավիրի մարզի Արմավիր քաղաքում չրերի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող «ԱՐՄԱՎԻՐ ՖՐՈՒԹ» ՍՊԸ-ում արձանագրել են մի շարք խախտումներ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ԲԸՏՄ-ից։
Ընկերությունը, չունենալով համապատասխան ջրօգտագործման թույլտվություն, ապօրինի խորքային հորից կատարել է ջրառ, իսկ չորացման արտադրամասի վառարանները շահագործել է առանց անշարժ աղբյուրներից աղտոտող նյութեր մթնոլորտային օդ արտանետման թույլտվությունների։
Տեսչական մարմնի Արմավիրի տարածքային բաժնի պետի որոշումներով կասեցվել են ստորերկրյա ապօրինի խորքային հորի և արտադրամասի վառարանների շահագործումը։ Ընկերության տնօրենը ենթարկվել է վարչական պատասխանատվության, նաև ներկայացվել է շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնասի փոխհատուցման պահանջ։
