Այսօր՝ հունիսի 10-ին, սպանություն, խուլիգանություն և մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 01:25-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանությունում, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնում և ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքում միաժամանակ օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Մաշտոցի պողոտայում մի խումբ անձանց միջև վիճաբանություն, ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել և կան վիրավորներ:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ ժամը 01:10-ի սահմաններում Մաշտոցի պողոտա 43 հասցեի մոտ մի խումբ անձինք բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ, հնչեցրել հայհոյանքներ, որի ժամանակ էլ վիճաբանության մասնակիցներից մեկը իր մոտ եղած սուր, կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածներ է հասցրել վիճաբանության մյուս մասնակիցներին, որոնց պատճառել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էին իրավապահները, Հերացու անվան թիվ 1 համլասարանական հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին հայտնել են, որ Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների 05 խումբը Մաշտոցի պողոտա 43 Ա հասցեի մոտից «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած արյունահոսող, թափանցող վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:

Հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները պարզում են, որ վիրավորը Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 18-ամյա Աշոտ Քոչարյանն է, ով վնասվածքը ստացել է նշված վիճաբանության ժամանակ անհայտ անձի կողմից կտրող-ծակող առարկայով ստացած հարվածից:

Արդեն ժամը 02:35-ի սահմաններում «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների 08 խումբը «պոչուկի շրջանի ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու:

Հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները պարզում են, որ վիրավորը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 23-ամյա Անդրուշ Սարգսյանն է:

Օպերատիվ տվյալներով պարզվում է, որ նա դանակահրավել է Մաշտոցի պողոտայում:

Դեպքի վայրում աշխատել են նաև փորձաքրեագետները: Քննիչներն էլ հայտնաբերել են արնանման հետքեր, բոթաս և այլ առարկաներ:

Դեպքի փաստով քննչական բաժնում «սպանություն», «խուլիգանություն» և «մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգմանքները պարզելու, կատաորղի կամ կատարողների ինքնությունը ճշտելու, նրանց և հանցագործության գործիք առարկան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
