«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ոստիկանության շարքերում աստիճանաբար մեծ դժգոհություն է հասունանում՝ մի քանի պատճառներով: Համակարգի մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ նախ՝ ոստիկանները դժգոհում են, որ իրենց անընդհատ շահագործում են: Հատկապես նախորդ օրը երեկոյան ու ամբողջ գիշեր ոտքի վրա անցկացնելուց և հյուծվելուց հետո երեկ ոչ բոլորն են պատրաստակամ եղել դուրս գալ ծառայությանը:
Տհաճ վիճակում չհայտնվելու համար, մեր տեղեկություններով, փորձ է արվել էլի ոստիկաններ ներգրավել մարզերից, սակայն դա էլ իշխանությունների սրտով չէ, որովհետև նախ՝ կարող է հարց առաջանալ, թե ի՞նչ գործ ունեն մարզայի ոստիկանները Երևանի անհնազանդության ակցիաների ժամանակ, երկրորդ՝ այդ պարագայում մարզերում ընդհանրապես ոստիկան չի մնա: Մյուս դժգոհությունը, մեր տեղեկություններով, վերաբերում է նրան, որ առանձին ոստիկանների, հատկապես բերետավորների պատճառով վարկաբեկվում է ողջ ոստիկանությունն, ու հասարակության զայրույթը տարածվում է բոլորի վրա:
