Եթե խորհրդարանում չկա ընդդիմադիր խմբակցություն, նշանակում է, որ ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում 50 %-ը վերահսկելու հնարավորություններից ընդդիմությունը զրկվում է։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:

«Այս իրավունքները վերանում են և դրանք ամբողջությամբ անցնում են ընտրատարածքային հանձնաժողովին, որն ամբողջությամբ ձևավորված է իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներից։ Այսինքն՝ պահանջելով ընդդիմությունից մանդատներից հրաժարվել, դուք զրկում եք ընդդիմությանը ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում առնվազն 50 %-ը վերահսկելու հնարավորությունից, որպեսզի ընտրությունները չկեղծվեն»,-ասաց նա։

Արծվիկ Մինասյանն ԱԺ ամբիոնից հրապարակային դիմել է Ալեն Սիմոնյանին, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին, Բաբկեն Թունյանին ու Արփի Դավոյանին, ասելով, որ վայր է դնում իր պատգամավորական մանդատը, և տվել եմ 3 օր ժամանակ, որ իրենք էլ վայր դնեն իրենց մանդատները։ 

«Կարող եմ զեղչ անել, եթե 4-ով չեն ցանկանում վայր դնել մանդատները, թող իրենցից մեկը դնի, քանի որ իրենք էին խոսում ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների մանդատներից։ Դուք տեսա՞ք իրենց արձագանքը, միանգամից Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն իր նստած տեղից արձագանքեց, Ալեն Սիմոնյանը վերևից արձագանքեց՝ ասելով, թե՝ մենք մեր ժողովրդի առաջ պարտավորություն ունենք և այն մինչև վերջ պետք է տանենք։ Այսինքն՝ մանդատները վայր դնելու խոսույթն իրենք առաջ են բերում փորձելով հանրության մոտ ընդդիմությանը ներկայացնել, թե՝ տեսեք, ընդդիմությունը կառչած է մանդատներից»,- շեշտեց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը։

«Հայաստան» խմբակցության քարտուղարն ասաց՝ եթե ընդդիմությունն ամբողջությամբ վայր դնի մանդատները, ապա որևէ ճգնաժամ չի առաջանալու, շեշտելով՝ ցավոք արձանագրել են, որ կա Սահմանադրական դատարան, որը գտնվում է  քաղաքական իշխանության գրպանում։ Այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս ընդդիմության կողմից ՍԴ ուղարկվող բազմաթիվ դիմումների արձագանքները։

«Այս ՍԴ-ն հեշտությամբ, առանց ամոթի՝ կարող է ձևակերպում տալ, որ որևէ խնդիր չկա, նույնիսկ առանց ընդդիմության այս խորհրդարանն իր աշխատանքները կարող է շարունակել։ Նաև կարող է մեկ այլ բան ասել, օրինակ, որ 2021 թվականին ովքեր մեզանից հետո ավելի շատ ձայն հավաքած ուժերն են, նրանց առաջարկեն գալ խորհրդարան՝ Ընտրական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ անելուց հետո։ Այս քաղաքական ուժից ես ամեն ինչ սպասում եմ, վստահ եմ, այդ դեպքում ԲՀԿ-ն կհրաժարվի, բայց այնտեղ կա «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» և Արամ Զավենի Սարգսյան, այսինքն՝ այն, ինչը ՔՊ-ի երազանքն էր»,- շեշտեց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը։

Նրա բնորոշմամբ՝ ՀՀ օրվա իշխանությունները սուտ ու կեղծիքներով փափուկ բարձ են դնում ժողովրդի գլխի տակ, քանի որ բոլորին էլ հայտնի է, որ թշնամին չի հագեցել, անընդհատ պահանջելու է, և իշխանությունը փոխարենը մտածի, թե այդ պահանջների դեմն ինչպես պետք է առնի, մտածում է սեփական աթոռը պահելու մասին։

«Որտե՞ղ եք տեսել, որ զոհը խոսի խաղաղության մասին, իսկ դահիճն այդ խոսքը հարգի, չկա նման բան։ Մենք Արցախի մեր բնական արեալից զրկվեցինք այս իշխանության պատճառով, երբ զոհեց Արցախն ու սկսեց մուրալ խաղաղություն։ Իշխանություններն այս երկիրը դարձրել են գործիք, ով ինչպես հասցնում, հարվածում է, շարժման առաջարկն այն է, որ Հայաստանը դուրս բերվի այս բոքսի «տանձիկի» կարգավիճակից»,- եզրափակեց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը։
