Իրավապահ համակարգում քննարկում է եղել, որ քրեական հեղինակություն Սերգեյ Գրիգորյանին՝ «Ֆազ»-ին սպանողը բավականին պատրասված է եղել։ Մասնավորապես նա Սերգեյ Գրիգորյանին՝ «Ֆազին» սպանելու է գնացել գողացված մեքենայով։ Ի դեպ Սերգեյ Գրիգորյանի գործով 2 տարի առաջ կալանավորվել էր դատավոր Արուսյակ Ալեքսանյանը։

Մասնավորապես՝ գրել էինք, որ ArmLur.am-ին հասած լուրերի համաձայն՝ դատավոր Ալեքսանյանը քրեական հեղինակության մասով կայացրել է այնպիսի ակտ, որով նրան ազատ էին արձակել 2,5 միլիոն գրավի դիմաց, ինչը իրավապահ համակարգում համարել էին պաշտոնական լիազորությունների չարաշահում ու դատավորը մինչ օրս կանգնած է դատարանի առաջ։ Նրա սպանության գործով այս պահին բազմաթիվ վարկածներ են քննվում այդ թվում՝ «Չաղ Ռուստամի» հետ նրա հարաբերությունները։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Shamshyan. com-ը հայտնել էր, որ երեկ գիշերը կրակոցներ են հնչել Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում, ինչի հեւտեւանքով սպանվել է քրեական հեղինակություն Սերգեյ Գրիգորյանը՝ «Ֆազը»։ Այս պահին ողջ իրավապահ համակարգը ջանքեր է գործադրում սպանությունը բացահայտելու համար։

Իսկ ինչ սկանդալային պատմության մեջ էր նախկինում հայտնվել քրեական հեղինակություն Սերգեյ Գրիգորյանը՝ «Ֆազը»։

2022 թվականին Կենտրոնի դատարանում միջադեպ էր եղել ու միջադեպի հերոսները կրիմինալ աշխարհում հայտնի Ռուստամ Ստեփանյանն էր՝ «Չաղ Ռուստամ» մականվամբ և Սերգեյ Գրիգորյանը ՝ «Ֆազ» մականվամբ։
Միջադեպը տեղի էր ունեցել Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի բակում: «Ֆազի» և «Չաղ Ռուստամի» կողմնակիցներն իրար ծեծել էին: Ծեծկռտուքին միջամտել էին ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները, որից հետո «Ֆազը» դիմել էր փախուստի, իսկ «Չաղ Ռուստամն» ավելի ուշ ներկայացել էր ոստիկանություն։

Քրեական գործ հարուցվեց, սակայն Ռուստամին չկալանավորեցին, իսկ Սերգեյ Գրիգորյանը կալանավորվեց, որին ավելի ուշ ազատ արձակեցին։

Ավելի ուշ պարզվել էր, որ Սերգեյ Գրիգորյանը «Ֆազը» դատարանի դիմաց եղել էր այն պարզ պատճառով, որ իր հարազատ եղբոր՝ Գրիգորի Գրիգորյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով դատական նիստին պետք է ներկա լիներ։ Դատական նիստը նշանակված էր եղել այդ ժամին, դրա համար էլ ներկա էր գտնվել դատարանի բակում։
