Բնակարանային գողության դեպքեր են բացահայտվել

Հունիսի 1-ին Ամասիայի ոստիկանները ստացան օպերատիվ տեղեկություն, որ Շիրակի մարզի Ողջի գյուղի բնակիչ 37-ամյա մի տղամարդ ու իր ընկերը համագյուղացու տնից գողություն են արել: Տեղեկությունը ստուգվեց ու հաստատվեց: Նույն օրը տանտիրուհին հրավիրվեց բաժին և հանցագործության վերաբերյալ տվեց հաղորդում: Բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը մեկնեց Ողջի` տուժածի տուն: Տեխնիկական միջոցի գործադրմամբ բացել էին հյուրասենյակի պատուհանը, երկու հոգով, որոնցից մեկը՝ դիմակավոր, մտել էին տուն ու տարել յոթ շիշ կոնյակ և օղի, շրջանակով մեղր ու երաժշտական կենտրոն: Ընդհանուր վնասը մոտ 400 հազար դրամի էր: Հետագա միջոցառումներով իրավապահները ճշտեցին նաև 37-ամյա տղամարդու դիմակավոր ընկերոջ ինքնությունը. երևանցի էր, 53 տարեկան: Ամասիայի ոստիկանները հիմնավոր կասկածներ ունեին, որ սա նրանց միակ գողությունը չէ:
Ողջի գյուղում բնակարանային գողության վերաբերյալ հաղորդում էր ստացվել նաև այս տարվա փետրվար 26-ին, և քրեական հետախույզները որոշակի կապ տեսան երկու գողությունների միջև: Այս նախկին դեպքով տանտիրուհին հայտնել էր, որ անցած տարվա սեպտեմբերից բացակայել են հանրապետությունից, և այդ հանգամանքն օգտագործելով` կոտրել էին խոհանոցի պատուհանի փականն ու գողացել հնարավոր ամեն բան` կենցաղային ապրանք, սպասք, սփռոց, սրբիչ ու վարագույր, ալյումինե կաթսաներ, ապակե տարաներ ու վառելափայտ: Իրավապահների կասկածը, որ երկու գողությունները նույն մարդկանց ձեռքի գործն է, հիմնավորվեց հունիսի 4-ին: Այդ օրը օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելիս Արարատի մարզի Զորակ գյուղում կասկածյալ տղամարդիկ հայտնաբերվեցին, ձերբակալվեցին ու տեղափոխվեցին ոստիկանության Ամասիայի բաժին:
Փաստերի ճնշման տակ նրանք խոստովանեցին, որ երկու գողությունն էլ իրենք են կատարել: Պարզվեց ավելին. տեղեկանալով, որ տանտերերը կրկին բացակայում են հանրապետությունից, մոտ 10 օր առաջ մեկ անգամ էլ էին մտել նախկինում թալանած տունը: Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում հունիսի 6-ին խուզարկություններ են կատարվել տղամարդկանց բնակարաններում: Հայտնաբերվել է գողոնի մի մասը` հիմնականում կենցաղային տեխնիկա: Իսկ Ողջի գյուղի բնակիչ 37-ամյա տղամարդու տանը հայտնաբերվել է նաև տարատեսակ 58 փամփուշտ: Հայտնաբերվածն առգրավվել է: 37-ամյա տղամարդը կալանավորվել է, 53-ամյա տղամարդու նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել տնային կալանքը: Նախաքննությամբ հանգամանքները պարզվում են:
