Սեփական ժողովրդի հանդեպ վայրագ ուժ կիրառող ռեժիմը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատեց, որ կորցրել է իր լեգիտիմությունը, իսկ իր միակ հենարանը ոստիկանական ուժերն են. ՀՀԿ ԳՄ

Ս.թ. հունիսի 12-ին Բաղրամյան-Դեմիրճյան խաչմերուկում ոստիկանական ուժերի կողմից հատուկ միջոցների 20-ից ավելի կիրառման արդյունքում շուրջ 100 խաղաղ ցուցարարներ և իրենց մասնագիտական գործունեությունն իրականացնող լրագրողներ, ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։ Ոստիկանության կողմից հատուկ միջոցների կիրառումը տեղի է ունեցել առանց նախազգուշացման, իսկ լուսաձայնային նռնակները նետվել են ցուցարարների այն հատվածում, որտեղ եղել են մանկահասակ երեխաներ և կանայք, վիրավորներին օգնություն ցուցաբերող քաղաքացիներ։ Նետված լուսաձայնային նռնակներից մեկի հետևանքով քաղաքացիներից մեկի դաստակն ամպուտացվել է։

Ոստիկանության նման բիրտ և ոչ իրավաչափ գործելաոճը որևէ կերպ չի համադրվում ժողովրդավարության ընդունված նորմերի հետ։ Այս գործողությունների լիիրավ պատասխանատուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աթոռին կառչած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է։

Խաղաղ հայրենասերների հանդեպ վայրագ ուժի, հատուկ միջոցների կիրառումը, վահաններով ու մահակներով ցուցարարներին հարվածելը, առևանգելը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում են, որ իշխանության ղեկին հայտնված և ժողովրդի վստահությունը սպառած արկածախնդիրը պատրաստ է ուժի կիրառմամբ անել ամենը՝ սեփական իշխանությունը պահելու համար։ Սա է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ժողովրդավարության պատկերը։ «Ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնում» սեփական ժողովրդի հանդեպ վայրագ ուժ կիրառող ռեժիմը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատեց, որ կորցրել է իր լեգիտիմությունը, իսկ իր միակ հենարանը ոստիկանական ուժերն են։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը խստորեն դատապարտում է ոստիկանական ուժերի բռնարարքները խաղաղ ցուցարարների հանդեպ և կոչ անում չդառնալ կապիտուլյանտ իշխանությունների գրպանային կամակատարը։ Միաժամանակ Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը վերահաստատում է, որ Հայաստանի պետականության փլուզումը կանխելու միակ ելքը Հայաստանի կառավարչի անհապաղ հրաժարականն է։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը կոչ է անում նաև բոլոր միջազգային կազմակերպություններին և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հավատարմագրված դեսպաններին ուշադրություն դարձնել մեր երկրում ժողովրդավարության, հավաքների ու կարծիքի ազատ արտահայտման իրավունքների այս կոպտագույն խախտումներին և հանդես գալ համապատասպան գնահատականով։
