Հնդկաստանի մայրաքաղաքում ցրտերի պատճառով հետաձգվել են դպրոցական պարապմունքները

Դելիի ազգային մայրաքաղաքային տարածքում ցրտերի պատճառով հետաձգվել են պարապմունքները տարրական դպրոցում (առաջինից մինչեւ հինգերորդ դասարաններ) եւ կրճատվել են ավագ դասարանների պարապմունքները: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է քաղաքի կրթության դեպարտամենտի տարածած պաշտոն ական որոշման մեջ:

«Շարունակվող ցրտերի պատճառով, ինչպես նաեւ ջերմաստիճանի հետագա նվազման վերաբերյալ կանխատեսումների ֆոնին տարրական դպրոցի պարապմունքները հետաձգվում են մինչեւ հունվարի 23-ը»,-ճշտել Է դեպարտամենտը: Բացի այդ, ավագ դպրոցների պարապմունքները երեք օր կսկսվեն մեկ ժամ ուշ եւ կավարտվեն մեկ ժամ շուտ:

Այսպիսով, դպրոցականները, հատկապես ցածր դասարանների սովորողները, գործնականում հանգստանում են տարեսկզբից: Ավելի վաղ ուսումնական հաստատություններում պարապմունքները հետաձգել Էին մինչեւ հունվարի 15-ը այն բանից հետո, երբ Դելիի կառավարությունը մասնավոր ավտոտրանսպորտի երթեւեկության սահմանափակումներ մտցրեց օդի աղտոտվածության մակարդակի աճի պատճառով:    

Այսօր Հնդկաստանի մայրաքաղաքում գրանցվել Է տարեսկզբից ի վեր ամենացուրտ օրն այն բանից հետո, երբ ջերմաչափի սնդիկի սյունն իջել Է Ցելսիուսի մինչեւ պլյուս 4,2 աստիճան՝ 97 տոկոս խոնավության դեպքում: Հաշվի առնելով, որ երկրում չկա ջեռուցման կենտրոնական համակարգ, իշխանությունները համարել են, որ  եղանակային այս պայմաններում ուսումնառությունը կարող Է բացասաբար ազդել աշակերտների առողջության վրա, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
