Նորագավիթի 26-ամյա բնակչի uպանության կասկածանքով ձերբակալվածներ կան․ նոր մանրամասներ (տեսանյութ)

2024 թվականի հունիսի 13-ին՝ ժամը 00:45-ին, հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Նորագավիթ թաղամասում գտնվող սուպերմարկետի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է տղամարդու դի՝ հրազենային վնասվածքներով:
Իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ հրազենային վնասվածքներ ստացած անձը Նորագավիթ թաղամասի 26-ամյա բնակիչ Մ.Խ.-ն է:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Նորագավիթ թաղամասի անչափահաս, 2006թ. ծնված բնակիչը հորը պատկանող Լադա 21114 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով նույն թաղամասում արագ վարելու հարցի շուրջ դիտողության է արժանացել Մ.Խ.-ի կողմից, ինչից հետո պատանին կատարվածի մասին պատմել է հորը, ով իր հերթին, պարզաբանումներ կատարելու նպատակով, զանգահարել է Մ.Խ.-ին ու պայմանավորվել հանդիպել, որին պատանու հայրը գնացել է ընկերոջ հետ:
Հանդիպման ժամանակ, որը տեղի է ունեցել թաղամասում գործող սուպերմարկետի մոտ, վիճաբանություն է ծագել, որի ընթացքում պատանու հայրը բռունցքով հարվածել է Մ.Խ.-ի դեմքին: Այնուհետև, քննությամբ ինքնությունները դեռևս չպարզված անձինք, ինքնաձիգից և ատրճանակից կրակահերթ են արձակել Մ.Խ.-ի ուղղությամբ՝ վերջինիս պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են երկու տասնյակից ավելի պարկուճներ և գնդակներ: Տուժողի դիակի արտաքին զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են բազմաթիվ հրազենային վնասվածքներ, իսկ ձախ ձեռքում՝ գազային ատրճանակ, առգրավվել են դեպքի վայրում առկա անվտանգության տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք: Քրեական վարույթով էական հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից երեքը, որոնց թվում՝ պատանու հայրը, հայտնաբերվել և, հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով, ձերբակալվել են:
Քրեական վարույթի նյութերով ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով նոր քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնելու վերաբերյալ որոշում է կայացվել, որը, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն կատարելու նպատակով, միացվել է վերոհիշյալ քրեական վարույթին:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները, միջադեպին հնարավոր այլ անձանց մասնակցությունը, նրանց ինքնությունը պարզելու, հայտնաբերելու և վարույթ իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանմանը օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություններ են տրվել:
