ԼՂ-ից տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման ծրագիրը մեկնարկում է. կարելի է դիմել հունիսի 15-ից

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագիրը մտնում է գործնական փուլ, հունիսի 15-ից արդեն կարելի է առցանց դիմումներ ուղարկել: Կառավարությունը հունիսի 14-ի նիստում հաստատեց պետական աջակցության ծրագրի իրականացման կարգը:

Մայիսի 16-ին Կառավարությունը հաստատել էր ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց բնակարանային ապահովման ծրագիրը: Կարգի հաստատման պարագայում հունիսի 15-ից արդեն հնարավորություն է տրվում ընդունել դիմումները՝ բացառապես առցանց եղանակով: Բնակարանի ձեռքբերման համար հավաստագիրը ևս ուղարկվելու է էլեկտրոնային եղանակով, կուղարկվի էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեներին:

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի փոխնախարար Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ հավաստագրի վրա լինելու է QR կոդ, որով կարող են մոտենալ բանկ և սկսել գործընթացը․ «Վաղվանից կընդունվեն դիմումներն այն դեպքերի համար, երբ շահառուները ցանկանում են գնել բնակարան կամ բնակելի տուն: Հուլիսի 15-ից կբացվի բնակելի տուն կառուցելու ցանկություն ունեցողների համար հարթակը: Օգոստոսի 1-ից արդեն կկարողանանք դիմումներ ընդունել այն ընտանիքներից, որոնք ունեն գործող հիփոթեքային վարկ, նրանք աջակցություն ստանալու համար կկարողանան դիմել օգոստոսի 1-ից»:

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հիշեցրեց, որ նախորդ որոշմամբ որոշակի սոցիալական խմբերի էին թիրախավորել, ինչին արձագանքելով փոխնախարարը նշեց. «Առաջին փուլով աջակցություն են ստանալու 3 և ավելի անչափահաս երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքները, ինչպես նաև զոհվածների ընտանիքները, ընտանիքները, որոնք ունեն առաջին և երկրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անդամ: Հուլիսի 15-ից կկարողանան դիմել այն ընտանիքները, որոնք ունեն 2 անչափահաս երեխա, բայց տուն կառուցելու համար են դիմել»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարևորեց ծրագրի վերաբերյալ մարդկանց իրազեկվածության բարձրացումը․ «Սրանով մենք, ըստ էության, արձանագրում ենք, որ ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված մեր քույրերի և եղբայրների բնակավորման ծրագիրը մեկնարկում է, այսինքն՝ մտնում է գործնական փուլ: Որոշման շատ կարևոր և անբաժանելի մաս է, որ այս ծրագրի շահառու դառնալու համար պետք է դիմեն այն անձինք, որոնք ունեն ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն, այսինքն՝ այս ընթացքում դիմել ու ստացել են ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն»:

Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ նախագիծն ահռելի մեծ ծավալի է, ցավոք, հնարավոր չէ հարցը 1-2 ամսում լուծել, երկարաժամկետ նախագիծ է: Միաժամանակ նա հավելեց, որ սա պարզապես տուն կառուցելու նախագիծ չէ և զուգահեռ պետք է աջակցել, որ մարդիկ իրենց կյանքը պլանավորեն, որոշեն՝ որտեղ են աշխատելու, գործունեության ի՞նչ տեսակով են զբաղվելու։
