6 ամսով կարգելվի ցորենի, գարու, եգիպտացորենի, արևածաղկի սերմի, արևածաղկի ձեթի արտահանումը Հայաստանից

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հունիսի 13-ի նիստում Հայաստանից ԵԱՏՄ անդամ չհանդիսացող երկրներ մի շարք ապրանքների արտահանման ժամանակավոր արգելք կիրառելու մասին որոշում կայացրեց:
Ըստ այդմ, ժամանակավոր՝ 6 ամիս ժամկետով արգելք է սահմանվում մի շարք գյուղատնտեսական արտադրատեսակների, այդ թվում՝ ցորենի, մեսլինի, գարու, եգիպտացորենի, հնդկացորենի, արևածաղկի սերմի, արևածաղկի ձեթի արտահանման նկատմամբ:
Նշված ապրանքների մասով ներքին արտադրությունը չի բավարարում ՀՀ շուկայի պահանջարկը, ինչն ապահովվում է հիմնականում ներմուծման ծավալների հաշվին։
Որոշմամբ սահմանվող արգելքը չի տարածվելու ՀՀ ներմուծված և «Վերաարտահանում» մաքսային ընթացակարգով ձևակերպված Հայաստանից արտահանվող ապրանքների վրա։
Նշենք, որ նման արգելք արդեն սահմանվել էր, որի գործողությունը կավարտվի 2024-ի հուլիսի 2-ին։ Սույն որոշման նախագծով առաջարկվում է ևս 6 ամիս ժամկետով երկարաձգել արտահանման արգելքը։
Այս ապրանքների մասով բացակայում կամ աննշան է արտահանումը Հայաստանից երրորդ երկրներ և Որոշման ընդունումը էական ազդեցություն չի ունենա գյուղարտադրողների վրա։
Նախագծի ընդունմամբ զգայուն ապրանքների մասով կմոտարկվեն ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների կողմից միակողմանի կիրառվող արտահանման կարգավորման միջոցները, ինչըպահպանվող համաշխարհային հակաճգնաժամային իրավիճակի ներքո և պարենի միջազգային գների աճի պարագայում՝ կապահովի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միասնական շուկայի անխափան գործունեությունը։
