Ձմռան ամիսներին, եղանակային պայմանների հետ կապված, բարձրանում է մարդու ախորժակը։ Սուրտն ու քաղցը իրար հետ կապ ունեն։ Մռայլ օրերին անընդհատ տպավորություն է, որ քաղցած եք, ստամոքսը դատարկ է։ Ինչպես անել, որ ձմռան ընթացքում չգիրանաք, ինչպես օգնեք օրգանիզմին մոռանալ քաղցի մասին։ Նախաճաշ՝ օրվա մեջ սնունդ ընդունելու ամենակաեւոր ժամանակն է։

Այն բաց թողնելով՝ խախտում եք օրգանիզմի նյութափոխանակությունը, իսկ հետո սկսում ենք ավելի շատ ուտել։ Սառը եղանակին վարսակով ու պոպոքով շիլան հիանալի օրվա սկիզբ կարող է լինել եւ մի քանի ժամով կանցկացնի սովի զգացումը։ Ճաշ՝ ապուրը հիանալի սնունդ է բոլոր եղանակներին։ Իսկ ցուրտ եղանակին տաք ապուրը ոչ միայն տաքացնում է, այլեւ անհրաժեշտ վիտամիններով ապահովում օրգանիզմն ու լցնում ստամոքսը։ Ընթրիք՝ Ձուկը նույնպես հիանալի կերակուր է ձմռանը։ Այն պարունակում է օմեգա-ճարպաթթուներ, որոնք հատկապես կարեւոր են ձմռանը, սնուցում են ուղեղն ու անոթները, օգնում են պայքարել ձմեռային դեպրեսիաների դեմ։

Օգտակար է իմանալ՝ Եթե ձմռանն անընդհատ մրսում եք ու անընդհատ ցանկանում եք ուտել, շատ ջուր խմեք ու ձուկ կերեք, թող օրգանիզմին թվա, թե արդեն ամառ է։ Բանջարեղենը ձմռանը հիանալի լուծում են՝ եւ կշտացնում են, եւ օգտակար են։ Սով եք զգում, բայց նոր եք ճաշել, մեկ գազար կերեք։ Իմբիրով թեյը նույնպես ձմռան համար հիանալի լուծում է, եւ ախորժակը կնվազեցնի, եւ կտաքացնի։
