«Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժման ձախողումից հետո, բնականաբար, գործող իշխանությունները պետք է անցնեն լայնածավալ բռնաճնշումների, ձերբակալությունների, ժանրի կանոններն են այդպիսին։

Քննչական կոմիտեն պնդում է, որ քննչական և վարույթային գործողություններ են իրականացնում, բայց թե ինչ քրեական գործի շրջանակներում, չի հաղորդվում, թեև քրեական գործն ամենևին էլ էական չէ։ Վարչախումբն ընդդիմախոսներին ճնշելու համար ցանկացած հոդվածով կարող է քրեական գործ հարուցել, մարդկանց ամիսներով և տարիներով պահել անազատության մեջ։ Ի սկզբանե ակնհայտ էր, որ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը կանգ չի առնելու, փորձելու հունիսի 12-ին իր կիրառած զենքի, ժողովրդի վրա նռնակներ նետելու, տասնյակ մարդկանց վնասվածքներ հասցնելու մեղքը բարդել հենց ընդդիմության վրա, առավել ևս, որ ինչպես պարզվեց, ոստիկանությունը գրեթե ամբողջ կազմով աջակցում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և նրա խունտային։ Պատճառը, թերևս, պարգևատրումներն են, որով Փաշինյանը շռայլորեն օժտում է իրավապահ համակարգին։

Փաստացի, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վերածվել է ոստիկանապետության, դրանից բխող բոլոր վատ հետևանքներով, իսկ արևմտյան կառույցներն ու իրավապաշտպանները բոլորովին ուշադրություն չեն դարձնում։
