Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը ելույթ է ունեցել «Երեֆան» բիզնես միջոցառմանը, որի ընթացքում իրենց ոլորտում հաջողած մասնագետները ներկայացրին բիզնես տրանսֆորմացիայի ամենահիշարժան օրինակները՝ անդրադառնալով բիզնեսի հիմնական գործառույթներին, ինչպիսիք են՝ օպերացիոն մենեջմենթ, մարքեթինգ, ֆինանսներ, մարդկային ռեսուրսներ, վաճառք։
Պարոն Յիրիկյանի ելույթը նվիրված է եղել «Անձնային աճը և զարգացումը՝ որպես արդյունավետ ղեկավար դառնալու գրավական» թեմային, որի շրջանակներում նա ներկայացրել է, թե ինչպես կարող է ղեկավարն, իր թիմին ոգեշնչելով, օրինակ ծառայելով և ընկերության արժեքները տարածելով, ապահովել թիմի արդյունավետությունն ու մշտական զարգացումը։
«Բոլորը գիտեն, որ լավ ղեկավարը պիտի լինի իր ոլորտի գիտակ մասնագետ ու փորձառու կառավարիչ, կարողանա աշխատանքը ճիշտ բաշխել։ Բայց, կարծում եմ, պետք է ավելի հաճախ քննարկենք, թե ինչպես կարող է ղեկավարն իր անձնային որակներով ու արժեքներով ոգեշնչել իր աշխատակիցներին, տարածել առողջ մտածելակերպն ու էթիկայի բարձր նորմերը, ինչը միշտ լավ է անդրադառնում ընկերության բոլոր ցուցանիշների վրա», - նշել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։
Նշենք, որ միջոցառումը կազմակերպել է «Թարգեթինգ» ընկերությունը՝ նպատակ ունենալով քննարկել տնտեսական գործունեության հնարավորություններն ու հեռանկարները։
«Անչափ ոգևրված ենք, որ այսօր հաջողվեց ստեղծել մի հարթակ, որը ոչ միայն համախմբեց 200-ից ավել գործարարների ու փորձառու մենեջերների, այլև հնարավորություն ընձեռեց Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի նման բարձրակարգ փորձագետներին իրենց գիտելիքներն ու փորձը կիսել հայ գործարար համայնքի հետ։ Վստահ եմ, որ այսօրվա ելույթներն ու քննարկումները լուրջ խթան կհանդիսանան հայկական բիզնես էկոհամակարգի զարգացման համար՝ բացահայտելով նոր հնարավորություններ ու լուծումներ, որոնք կարող են իրական բեկում մտցնել մեր բիզնես միջավայրում և ոչ միայն»,- ասել է «Թարգեթինգ» ընկերության տնօրեն Գոռ Կարապետյանը:
