Պուտինի հեղինակած հոդվածում ասվում է, որ Ռուսաստանը «բարձր է գնահատում ԿԺԴՀ-ի հզոր աջակցությունը» Ուկրաինայում ռազմական գործողություններ իրականացնելու հարցում և կաջակցի կորեացի ժողովրդին «նենգ, վտանգավոր և ագրեսիվ թշնամու հետ դիմակայությունում, նրանց պայքարին հանուն անկախության»։
