Փաշինյանը նոր դավադրություն է պատրաստում

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերջին երեք օրերին գտնվում է Սյունիքում, այցելում մարզի գյուղեր, խոսում սահմանազատումից, նաև տարատեսակ խոստումներ տալիս տեղի գյուղացիներին։ Փաշինյանը նաև չի բացառել, որ սահմանազատման գործընթացի հաջորդ փուլը կարող է լինել Սյունիքից, ընդ որում նշել է, թե այդ մասին որոշումը կայացնելու են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովները կանոնակարգի հաստատումից հետո։ Վերջնաժամկետը կանոնակարգի հաստատման հուլիսի 1-ն է։

Տավուշի մարզում իրականացնելով սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման աշխատանքները Փաշինյանն այժմ էլ մտադիր է հաջորդ փուլն իրականացնել Սյունիքում։ Սա ևս մեկ հնարավորություն է նրա համար կատարելու Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի պահանջը։ Տրամաբանական կլիներ Տավուշից հետո հյուսիսից դեպի հարավ իջնել սահմանազատման գործընթացում, բայց դա չէր բխում Ադրբեջանի շահերից։

Բանն այն է, որ ի տարբերություն Տավուշի և մասամբ Սյունիքի, Գեղարքունիքի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերում չափազանց շատ են այն տարածքները, որտեղ Ադրբեջանն առաջ է եկել և զբաղեցրել Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքները և այժմ Սյունիքում սահմանազատում, սահմանագծում իրականացնելուց հետո Ադրբեջանը հնարավորություն կունենա հրաժարվելու հետագա գործընթացից, իսկ այդ կերպ Փաշինյանը կերկարաձգի իր իշխանությունը, դրա համար է հենց վարչախումբն ամեն ինչ անում հաջորդ փուլը Սյունիքից սկսելու համար։

Անվտանգության հարցերով փորձագետ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի գնահատմամբ՝ Փաշինյանի սյունիքյան այցը, որին հետևելու է այլ մարզեր այցելություններ, նպատակ ունի հանրապետությունը նախապատրաստել հանրաքվեի գործընթացին։

«Ադրբեջանի հետ ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունը պատրաստվում է ևս 4 գյուղ հանձնել Ադրբեջանին, Արարատի մարզում՝ Տիգրանաշենը, իսկ Տավուշում՝ Սոֆուլու, Բարխուդարլու և Վերին Ոսկեպար գյուղերը»,- նշել է պատգամավորը։
