ԵՄ-ն 100 հազար եվրո մարդասիրական օգնություն է տրամադրել Հայաստանում hեղեղումների հետևանքով տուժածներին

Հայաստանի Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերում մայիսին տեղացած հորդառատ անձրևներով պայմանավորված հեղեղումների հետևանքով առավել շատ վնասներ կրած գյուղերին աջակցելու նպատակով Եվրոպական միությունը հատկացնում է 100 հազար եվրո մարդասիրական օգնություն։
ԵՄ ֆինանսավորումը հատկացվում է օժանդակելու Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերությանը խիստ անհրաժեշտ, այդ թվում՝ դրամական օգնություն և առաջնային անհրաժեշտության պարագաներ ուղարկելու գործում։
Մարդասիրական օգնությունը միտված է օգուտ բերելու ընդհանուր առմամբ 5060 ուղիղ շահառուների, այդ թվում՝ 2,500 անհատների, ովքեր կստանան դրամական օգնություն՝ լուծելու իրենց ամենահրատապ կարիքները և 2,760 անհատների, ովքեր կստանան աջակցություն կացարանի տրամադրման, ինչպես նաև ջրի և սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանների ապահովման նպատակով: Աջակցությունն ուղղված է այն տնային տնտեսություններին, որոնց տները, ցանքատարածությունները, անասունները և պարենային պաշարներն ավերվել են հեղեղումների հետևանքով։
Ֆինանսավորումը տրամադրվում է ի լրումն Կարմիր խաչի և կարմիր մահիկի ընկերությունների միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի Աղետների արձագանքման Արտակարգ հիմնադրամին ԵՄ կողմից հատկացվող ընդհանուր ներդրման։
2024 թվականի մայիսի 26-ին Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքում տեղացած հորդառատ անձրևների հետևանքով տեղում գրանցված տեղումների քանակը հասել է 100 մմ-ի, որի հետևանքով առաջացել է Դեբեդ, Աղստև և Տաշիր գետերի անսպասելի վարարում՝ վատթարացնելով հեղեղումների հետևանքները Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերում։
