Համայնքապետարանից տեղյակ չեն պահել, որ մարդ է գալիս կառավարությունից, միգուցե մենք էլ հարցեր ունեինք տալու: Այս մասին նշել է Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնքի ավագանու անդամ Մասիս Զեյնալյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ հանդիպմանը եղել են համայնքի ղեկավար, ՔՊ-ական Ղուլունցը, իր քեռին եւ բնակիչները:

Հարցին՝ բնակիչներին եւս ընտրե՞լ են, նա պատասխանել է. «Չգիտեմ, երեխաներին են հանել, մանկավարժներ են: Ինչպես իրենք են սիրում խոսել նախկիններից, նախկինում էլ մանկավարժներին էին բերում հանդիպման, հիմա էլ նույնն է:

Վարչապետը Շիկահող գնացել է, մարդիկ իրենց հուզող հարցերը տվել են, հիմա ես էլ կուզենայի, որպես բնակիչ եւ որպես ավագանու անդամ իմ հարցերը տայի: Մի անգամ տվել եմ, անգամ գրավոր եմ դիմել, մինչ օրս պատասխան չկա: Ես ուզում էի անձամբ ցույց տայի, ասեի՝ տեսեք, թե մարդիկ ինչ ջուր են խմում, ցույց տայի սահմանը, ասեի՝ տեսեք, թե թուրքը որտեղ է եկել, կանգնել: Չնայած ինքը գիտի, ուղղակի կուզենայի տեսնել, թե ինչ պատասխան է տալու»:

Անդրադառնալով հնարավոր սահմանազատմանը՝ Մասիս Զեյնալյանն ասել է. «Ադրբեջանցիներն արդեն փշալար են քաշում: Չգիտեմ՝ ինչ սահմանազատում է լինելու, բայց որ մարդիկ արդեն փշալար են քաշել մեր հողերում, դա հաստատ է: Որտեղ իրենք կանգնած են, այդտեղ էլ փշալար են քաշել: Վերջերս են քաշել, մերոնք էլ են քաշել»:
