«Այն կիրնացեցիները, որոնք մեր հետ հանդիպման էին եկել,  հրաժարվում են իրենց գույքը վաճառել։ Հիշեցնեմ, որ տարբեր գումարներ են առաջարկել այդ մարդկանց »,-Սրբազան շարժման ասուլիսի ժամանակ, ասաց ԱԺ պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը՝ ներկայացնելով կադաստարի վկայական ունեցող կիրանցի այն բնակիչների խոսքերը, որոնք հրաժարվել են փոխհատուցումից։

Նրա խոսքով՝ կառավարությունը Կիրանցի բնակիչներին առաջարկում է դիմում գրել, որ հրաժարվում են ՀՀ-ի հանդեպ «գույքային և այլ պահանջներից» և նշեց, թե պարզ չէ, թե ինչ է նշանակում «այլ պահանջներ»։

Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը ընթերցեց այն դիմումի օրինակելի ձևը, որ գյուղացիները պետք է գրեն, որպեսզի իրենց ունեցած կադաստրի վկայականը համարվի առոչինչ։

«Մարդիկ նաև օբյեկտիվորեն մտավախություն ունեն, որ պատասխանատվությունը դրվում է իրենց վրա։ Այսինքը՝ վաղը, մյուս օրը դատական հայցեր և գործընթացներ սկսելուց, իշխանություններն ասելու են. «Բա դուք չէի՞ք խնդրանքով դիմել մեզ, որ կադաստրի այդ վկայականները համարեն առոչինչ»։ Այսինքը պատասխանատվությունն ամբողջությամբ տեղափոխում են գյուղացիների վրա»,- ասաց Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ իշխանությունները անբարոյական քայելրի են դիմում ասելով, որ եթե փոխհատուցումից չօգտվեն, վաղը դա էլ չեն տա գյուղացիներին։

«Շանտաժի մեթոդ են կիրառում մարդկանց նկատմամբ, կարճ՝ մի քանի օր ժամանակ են տվել մարդկանց, թե բա, եթե չօգտվեք այս հնարավորությունից, ապա վաղը մյուս օրն այդ գումարներն էլ չեն լինելու»,- հայտնեց Դանիելյանը և հավելեց. «Հիմա սպառնում են այդ գյուղացիներին, որ կադաստրի այդ վկայականներն առոչինչ են համարվելու։ Մարդկանց նվաստացնում են, որ նրանք իրենց տարածքները հանձնեն Ադրբեջանին»։
