Արդեն ակնհայտ է, որ Բաքուն Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրելու որևէ ցանկություն չունի և մտադիր է հարկադրանքի և շանտաժի միջոցով ստանալ առավելագույնը:
Պատահական չէ, որ Բաքուն իր կոշտ քաղաքականությունը «լեգիտիմացնելու» տարբեր առիթներ է փնտրում՝ հայ- ֆրանսիական համաձայնություն, Սահմանադրություն և այլն:
COP29 համաժողովի ավարտից հետո Բաքվի մտադրություններն ավելի ակնհայտ կդառնան, մանավանդ, որ Ալիևն, ըստ ամենայնի, խաղադրույք է կատարում նաև այն հնարավոր վակուումի վրա, որը կարող է առաջանալ ԱՄՆ նախագահական ընտրությունների հետևանքով:
Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ այսօրվա հայտարարության տեքստում այս մտահոգություններն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, արտացոլված են:
