«Как только, так сразу". տրանսպորտի թանկացումը հետաձգվում է

Վերջին օրերին ակտիվ քննարկման առարկա դարձավ այն հարցը, որ Երևանում տրանսպորտի թանկացումը հնարավոր է հետաձգվի և գոնե սեպտեմբերին դեռ գործող սակագներով քաղաքացիները օգտվեն հասարակական տրանսպորտից:
MediaHub-ը ուսումնասիրեց հաջորդ շաբաթ կայանալիք Երևանի ավագանու նիստի օրակարգը և պարզեց, որ աղմկահարույց նախագիծը դրանում ներառված չէ: Ինչը նշանակում է, որ առնվազն մինչև սեպտեմբեր այս հարցը այլևս չի քննարկվի՝ հունիսի 25-ին կայանալիք ավագանու նիստը վերջինն է, հուլիսին և օգոստոսին նիստ չի գումարվելու (թեև հնարավոր է արտահերթ նիստ գումարվի):
Երկուշաբթի օրը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի գործակարգավարական նիստի ժամանակ էլ հայտարարվեց, որ միասնական տոմսային համակարգի ներդրումը հետաձգվում է, քանի որ ավտոբուսները դեռ Երևան չեն տեղափոխվել: Այսինքն՝ չկա ավտոբուս, չկա համակարգ, հետևապես չկա նաև թանկացում:
MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի լրատվական վարչության հետ՝ ճշտելու, թե ե՞րբ է սպասվում տրանսպորտային նոր համակարգի գործարկումը։
Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ հասարակության շրջանում այն մեծ դժգոհություններ էր ի հայտ բերել և քննադատվել ընդդիմության կողմից:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից կրկնեցին այն, ինչ բուռն քննարկումների ժամանակ մշտապես ասում էին՝ պայմանականորեն դա թանկացում չէ, որոշ սակագներից էլ մատչելի է ստացվում:
Փոխանցեցին նաև, որ նախատեսում էին այդ գործընթացը ներդնել այն ժամանակ, երբ ավտոբուսները Երևանում լինեն.
“Քանի որ դրանք գալիս են Չինաստանից, տեխնիկական պատճառներով մեր նախատեսած ժամանակում, ցավոք սրտի, հնարավոր չի լինի ներդնել”,- ասացին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից։
Ըստ այդմ, ավտոբուսների հասնելուն և դրանց երթուղիներում շահարկելուն պես համակարգը անմիջապես կներդրվի: Ու քանի դեռ դա մշուշոտ է, ապաև այս ավագանու նիստի օրակարգում սակագնի փոփոխման նախագիծը չի ներառվել:
“Հարցը կլինի օրակարգում այն ժամանակ, երբ գործընթացը լինի ավարտին մոտ: Ստացվում է, որ սեպտեմբերի սակագնային նոր քաղաքականությունը չի գործարկվի”:
Իսկ մոտավոր հաշվարկներով ե՞րբ կգործարկվի նոր համակարգը․ պատասխանը եղավ այն, որ որևէ հստակություն այս պահին չկա, քանի որ գործ ունենք ավտոբուսների տեղափոխման, ներդրվող բարդ համակարգի և այլնի հետ:
“Կարևոր է արձանագրել, որ գործընթացը որևէ կերպ չի խաթարվել, հայտարարածը մնում է ուժի մեջ»,- ընդգծեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Նշենք, որ այս գործընթացն իր մեջ ներառում է մայրաքաղաքի ամբողջ տրանսպորտային միջոցները, այդ թվում մետրոպոլիտենը:
