Բեզոարյան այծերի բազմությունն ազատ շրջում է հայկական լեռներում

Կովկասյան կենսաբազմազանության ապաստարանի տարածքում (CWR) նկարահանված տեսանյութում բեզոարյած այծերի բազմությունն ազատ շրջում է հայկական լեռներում, ինչը վկայում է այն մասին, որ կենդանիները պաշտպանված են ու ապահով։ Իրականում բեզոարյան այծերի ընդհանուր պոպուլյացիան դժվար է հստակ գնահատել, քանի որ կան երկրներ, որոնց մասին տվյալները բացակայում են։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Բնության պահպանության միջազգային միության (IUCN) ուսումնասիրություններից։ Որոշ տեղերում նրանց քանակը կտրուկ նվազում է, բայց ինչպես հայտնում է IUCN-ը՝ որոշ տարածքներում իրականացված լավ պաշտպանության շնորհիվ բեզոարյան այծերի քանակը կայունացել է։ Այդպիսի տարածք է դարձել նաև Հայաստանը, որտեղ իրականացված լայնածավալ, քրտնաջան ու նվիրված աշխատանքի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է լինում կայունացնել բեզոարյան այծերի պոպուլյացիան։ Կովկասյան կենսաբազմազանության ապաստարանն առաջին մասնավոր պահպանվող տարածքն է Հարավային Կովկասում:
Այն զբաղեցնում է շուրջ 30,000 հա տարածք։ Ապաստարանը կառավարվում է Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամի (FPWC) կողմից: ԿԿԱ և հարակից տարածքներն առանցքային նշանակություն ունեն Հարավկովկասյան կենսաբազմազանության պահպանման հարցում: Այստեղ են բնակվում այնպիսի հազվագյուտ կենդանատեսակներ, ինչպիսիք են գորշ արջը, բեզոարյան այծը, սև անգղը, մորուքավոր անգղը, հայկական իժն ու կովկասյան հովազը: Բեզոարյան այծը գրանցված է Հայաստանի Կարմիր գրքում ևս։ Տարածված են դժվարանցանելի լեռներում, Կովկասում՝ սովորաբար անտառային գոտու վերին սահմաններում։ Ամռանը բարձրանում են լեռների գագաթը։ Հայաստանում բազմացվում է Խոսրովի անտառում։ Բեզոարյան այծ պոլիգամ է, ապրում է հոտերով։ Բացառությամբ զուգավորման շրջանի՝ նոխազներն ապրում են առանձին։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հանդիպում է բեզոարյան այծի կովկասյան ենթատեսակը։
