ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը վերաբացել է Նոր Նորքի մասնաճյուղը

Վերանորոգումից հետո ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը  վերաբացել է Նոր Նորք համայնքում գործող մասնաճյուղը։ Բանկն ընդլայնել է գրասենյակի տարածքը մինչև 300 քմ, որտեղ կսպասարկվեն ավելի քան 15 հազար ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձ հաճախորդներ։ Մասնաճյուղում բացվել է նաև «Պրիվիլեգիա» սպասարկման հատուկ գոտի՝ պրեմիում ծառայությունների փաթեթի օգտատերերի համար:

Երևան քաղաքի Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանում թիվ 15 մասնաճյուղը գործում է 2014թ․-ից։ Հաճախորդների համար հարմարավետ պայմաններ ստեղծելու նպատակով՝ Բանկը թարմացրել է գրասենյակի դիզայնը և ընդլայնել է վերջինիս տարածքը: Աշխատատեղերի ձևավորումն ու դասավորվածությունը մտածված են այնպես, որ հաճախորդները ստանան անհատական մոտեցում և հարմարավետություն սպասարկման բոլոր փուլերում: Մասնաճյուղի տարածքում տեղադրված են երկու բանկոմատ, որոնք հասանելի են 24 ժամ, և վճարային տերմինալ, որը թույլ է տալիս իրականացնել ավելի քան 300 բանկային գործարք՝ առանց պլաստիկ քարտի կիրառության:

Վերանորոգված մասնաճյուղում հաճախորդներին հասանելի են հաշվարկադրամարկղային ծառայություններ, վարկային և խնայողական պրոդուկտներ և վճարային քարտեր: Բացվել է նաև առանձնացված «Պրիվիլեգիա» գոտի՝ պրեմիում ծառայությունների փաթեթի օգտատերերի համար: Այստեղ նրանք կարող են ստանալ անհատական մենեջերի խորհրդատվություն ցանկացած ֆինանսական հարցի վերաբերյալ։

«Այսօր երկրում գործում է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի 53 մասնաճյուղ: Երևանում գործում է 22 մասնաճյուղ: Մենք աշխատել ենք անել այնպես, որ դրանք գտնվեն մեր հաճախորդների համար ամենահարմար վայրերում։ Մեծ ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում նաև մասնաճյուղերում բարձրակարգ և հարմարավետ սպասարկմանը։ Բանկը վերափոխել է ամենապահանջված մասնաճյուղերից մեկը՝ Նոր Նորքի մասնաճյուղը․այժմ այն ​​դարձել է ավելի ընդարձակ և գործում է նոր ձևաչափով»,- մեկնաբանել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրենի - Տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալ Տարաս Կլադչենկոն։

Թիվ 15 մասնաճյուղը գտնվում է Նոր Նորքում՝ Գայի պողոտա 10/3 հասցեում և աշխատում է աշխատանքային օրերին՝ ժամը 09:00-17:00, շաբաթ օրերին՝ 10:00-14:00։
