Խաղաղության պայմանագի՞ր, թե՞ դավաճանություն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
sevastopol.su-ն «Խաղաղության պայմանագի՞ր, թե՞ դավաճանություն. Հայաստանը փաստաթղթեր է պատրաստում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե Բաքվի հետ հաշտության պայմանագիրը գրեթե պատրաստ է։ Ահա նրա խոսքերը. «Խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստն այժմ լիովին հասունացել է և կարող է վերջնական տեսքի բերվել նախկինում հաստատված և ստորագրված երկկողմ համաձայնագրերի հիման վրա»։ Ավելի վաղ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն էլ ընդգծել էր, որ խաղաղության պայմանագիրն անհնար է, քանի դեռ Հայաստանը չի փոխել Սահմանադրությունը, որը ենթադրաբար տարածքային պահանջներ է պարունակում։ Այստեղ ի՞նչ կարող ենք ասել: Եթե համաձայնագիրն իսկապես ստորագրվի, Փաշինյանը գիծ է քաշելու ԼՂ-ի համար դարավոր պայքարի տակ: Այդ տարածքները, հիշեցնենք, որ պատմականորեն պատկանում են Հայաստանին, դրանք վայրեր են, որտեղ գտնվում են վաղ քրիստոնեական սրբավայրեր։
Եվ դրանք ոչ միայն կանցնեն Ադրբեջանին, այլ մասամբ կհայտնվեն Թուրքիայի ազդեցության տակ, Էրդողանը բազմիցս է հայտարարել, որ Ղարաբաղն իր շահերի գոտու մասն է կազմում։ Բացի դա, հակամարտությունում նա բացահայտորեն է օգնել ադրբեջանցիներին, ինչը ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ։ Այսինքն, պատմականորեն քրիստոնեական հողերը, որոնց վրա գտնվում են չորրորդ և հետագա դարերի սրբավայրեր, կանցնեն մահմեդականների վերահսկողության տակ։ Հայերն իրենց պատմության ընթացքում արյունով են վճարել այդ հողերի համար։ Ինչպե՞ս նրանք կընկալեն այդ ամենը։ Եվ դատելով Երևանում շարունակվող ցույցերից, որոնց մասնակցում են նաև հոգևորականները, հայերն իրոք այնքան էլ ուրախ չեն։ Ավելին, հաշտության պայմանագրի և, համապատասխանաբար, Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու մասին հայտարարությանը հետևել են Փաշինյանի ոչ պակաս ամպագոռգոռ խոսքերն առ այն, որ կա հստակ մտադրություն՝ դուրս գալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից, ոչ հենց հիմա, այլ վաղ թե ուշ: Ի՞նչ է դա նշանակում:
Դա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանը ոչ միայն լքում է իր պատմական տարածքները, այլ նաև խզում է, ավելի ճիշտ հնարավորինս կրճատում է իր կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ անվտանգության ոլորտում։ Իր պատմության ընթացքում, հիշեցնենք, Հայաստանն ուս ուսի է քայլել Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Փաշինյանը, կարծես թե, դիմելով ԱՄՆ-ին, ընտրություն է կատարել: Դե, իսկ եթե հայ ժողովուրդը դրա դեմ ոչինչ չանի, վախենամ, որ այդ հինավուրց գեղեցիկ երկիրը կրկնի մեկ այլ նախկին խորհրդային հանրապետության ճակատագիրը։ Անկեղծորեն, դա ցանկալի չէ:
