Այսօր՝ հունիսի 23-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Սյունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Միքայել Հովհաննիսյանը ցեմենտով բարձված «Կամազ» մակնիշի բեռնատարով Մեղրի-Երևան ավտոճանապարհի 54 կմ հատվածում, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց դեպի ձախ, բախվել քարերին և կողաշրջվել։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով վարորդը տեղում մահացել է։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Կապանի թիվ 58 հրշեջ-փրկարարկան ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ՝ մարզային վարչության պետի և Կապանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի հրամանատարի գլխավորությամբ։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Սյունիքի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Գևորգ Զաքարյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Դավիթ Մանուկյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն դասակի պարեկ Մարտին Մելքումյանն ու կրտսեր պարեկ Կարեն Հովսեփյանը։
Վթարի մասին ՊԾ Սյունիքի մարզի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Վթարի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
