Երևանում կասեցվել է շոկոլադե կենֆետների արտադրամասի արտադրական գործունեությունը

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Երևանի կենտրոնի տեսուչներն անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Մկրտիչ Մկրտչյանին պատկանող շոկոլադե կենֆետների պատրաստման արտադրամասում (ք․ Երևան, Օդեսայի փ․) անցկացրած ստուգման ընթացքում պարզել են, որ արտադրական գործընթացներն այստեղ իրականացվում են սննդամթերքի հիգիենային ներկայացվող սահմանված պահանջների խախտմամբ։
Մասնավորապես՝
- արտադրական շինությունները նախագծված, կառուցված ու դասավորված չափսերը չեն եղել այնպես, որ բացառեն պարենային հումքի և սննդամթերքի, աղտոտված և մաքուր գույքի հանդիպակաց կամ խաչաձևվող հոսքերը,
- արտադրամասը սարքավորված չի եղել բնական և մեխանիկական օդափոխության միջոցներով,
- չի եղել անձնակազմի համար հանդերձարան,
- չեն ձեռնարկվել ախտահանման, միջատազերծման և կրծողների ոչնչացման գորընթացներ,
- սննդամթերքի հետ շփման մեջ գտնվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների և հումքի մշակման և փաթեթավորման սեղանների աշխատանքային մակերևույթները պատրաստված չեն եղել չներծծող նյութերից:
Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի որոշմամբ՝ արտադրամասի արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է, հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու համար սահմանվել է ժամկետ։
