Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ 4՝ «Արդարություն», «ՀՅ Դաշնակցություն», «Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցություն»,«Ազատ հայրենիք-ՔՄԴ» խմբակցությունները հայտարարություն են տարածել հունիսի 21-ին ՀՀ-ում Արցախի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցչության տարածքում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը վերաբերյալ․
«Հունիսի 21-ին ՀՀ-ում Արցախի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցչության տարածքում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը վեր հանեց այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հատել են ինչպես իրավական, այնպես էլ բարոյական արժեքների սահմանը։ Արցախի հանդեպ նմանօրինակ վերաբերմունքը շարունակությունն է օրեր առաջ՝ հունիսի 12-ին իրականացված բռնաճնշումների, ինչը վկայում է, որ հանուն իշխանության պահպանման նրանք պատրաստ են ոտնահարել երկրի Սահմանադրությունը և, անհամաչափ ուժ ու հատուկ միջոցներ կիրառելով սեփական ժողովրդի դեմ, կասկածի տակ դնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդավարությունը և իրավական պետություն լինելու հանձնառությունը: Մեզ համար անընդունելի ու խստիվ դատապարտելի են այսպիսի երևույթները։
ՀՀ իշխանություններն արդեն տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ ժողովրդավարության քողի տակ թիրախավորում են արցախցիների տարբեր խմբերի ու անհատների, կիրառելով նրանց դեմ բռնաճնշումներ, խտրական վերաբերմունք՝ օգտագործելով «հայաստանցի-ղարաբաղցի» պառակտիչ բառապաշար։
Նման պայմաններում միաժամանակ տեղին ենք համարում երախտագիտության խոսք հղել հազարավոր ՀՀ մեր հայրենակիցներին, ովքեր արհամարհելով արհեստականորեն ստեղծված բաժանարար գծերը, անցած ինը ամիսների ընթացքում՝ մեզ համար դժվարին օրերին, ամեն ինչ արել են մեղմելու արցախահայության բարոյահոգեբանական և ֆիզիկական ցավը։
Վտանգավոր և անընդունելի է ներհանրային համերաշխությունը խարխլող և Արցախի հայության արժանապատվությունը վիրավորող բոլոր այն արարքները, հայտարարություններն ու ելույթները, որոնք դրսևորվում են ոչ միայն սոցիալական ցանցերում լայնորեն տարածված իրական կամ կեղծ օգտատերերի միջոցով, այլև ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից՝ իշխող քաղաքական ուժի ներկայացուցիչների կողմից հնչեցված:
Հայրենիքի և ազգային արժանապատվության համար պայքարը յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու, բոլոր ժողովուրդների անքակտելի իրավունքն է, ուստի պահանջում ենք ՀՀ իշխանություններից զերծ մնալ բռնություն, ատելություն և թշնամանք սերմանելու նենգ ու վտանգավոր դրսևորումներից»։
