Հետապնդում ու կրակոցներ՝ մայրաքաղաքում, պարեկը տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց

Հունիսի 23-ին, ժամը 15.55-ին, «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին. Արին Բերդի փողոցում տեղի ունեցած վթարի հետևանքով շտապօգնության խումբը բուժօգնության էր տեղափոխել պարեկային ծառայողի:

«Հունիսի 23-ին, ժամը 14-ին, Արշակունյաց պողոտայում ծառայող պարեկները նկատել են «Նիսան» մակնիշի մեքենա, որի ապակիները մգեցված էին: Ոստիկանները բարձրախոսով հրահանգել են վարորդին կանգնել, սակայն վարորդը ճանապարհը շարունակել է դեպի Թամանցիների փողոց: Այստեղ «Նիսանը» կանգ է առել, և պարեկային ծառայողը փորձել է մոտենալ մեքենային: Այդ պահին «Նիսանի» վարորդը կտրուկ տեղից պոկվել ու դիմել է փախուստի, ինչից հետո պարեկային ծառայողները ռադիոկապի միջոցով հավելյալ կարգախումբ են խնդրել:
Կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը` «Նիսանի» վարորդը հասնում է Արտաշատի խճուղի, հետո փոխում ուղղությունը դեպի Արին-Բերդի փողոց, որտեղ էլ դիտավորյալ հարվածում է օգնության հասած պարեկային մեքենային ու կրկին դիմում փախուստի:
Այստեղից էլ վնասվածք ստացած 33-ամյա պարեկը տեղափոխվում է բուժօգնության, իսկ մյուս կարգախումբը շարունակում է կարգազանց վարորդի հետապնդումը: «Նիսանի» վարորդի անհամարժեք վարքի և անկանոն երթևեկի հնարավոր հետևանքները կանխելու նպատակով հետապնդող պարեկը իրեն ամրակցված ատրճանակով կրակ է արձակում «Նիսանի» անվադողի ուղղությամբ, սակայն նախազգուշական այս միջոցն էլ չի օգնում:
Դարձյալ անկանոն վարելով` «Նիսանի» վարորդը մտնում է Մանթաշյան փողոց, որտեղ հարվածում է մի «Օպելի» և ստիպված կանգ առնում: Ոստիկանության ծառայողի օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու, ոստիկանության և քաղաքացիական մեքենային դիտավորյալ հարվածելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ժամը 14.45-ին վարորդը ձերբակալվում և տեղափոխվում է ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին:
Պարզվել է նրա ինքնությունը` Մանթաշյան փողոցի բնակիչ, 23 տարեկան: Երիտասարդը և կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին: Երիտասարդը տեղափոխվել է ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր, իսկ «Նիսանը» տեղափոխվել պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:
