Հունիսի 26-ին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը և Զարգացման ֆրանսիական գործակալության Եվրասիայի տարածաշրջանային տնօրեն Մաթյո Վասյերը ստորագրել են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Զարգացման ֆրանսիական գործակալության միջև թիվ CAM 1024 01 C վարկային համաձայնագիրը»՝ քաղաքականության վրա հիմնված վարկի տեսքով բյուջետային աջակցության ծրագրի ներքո 75 մլն եվրո վարկային միջոցների ստացման նպատակով: Ֆրանսիական կողմից վարկային համաձայնագիրը համաստորագրել է նաև ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Օլիվիե Դըկոտինին:

Ֆինանսների նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ ծրագրի նպատակն է աջակցել Հայաստանի Կառավարությանը՝ հանրային ծառայությունների մատուցման արդյունավետությունը և կայունությունը ու ֆինանսական ոլորտի զարգացումը բարելավելու հարցում: Այն կազմված է երեք հիմնական բաղադրիչներից՝ 1) հանրային ֆինանսների կառավարման համակարգի բարելավում, 2) պետական արժեթղթերի թողարկման և կառավարման շրջանակի ու փողի շուկաների ենթակառուցվածքի ամրապնդում և 3) ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության ֆինանսավորման նոր գործիքների մշակում և առավել թափանցիկ կառավարման ապահովում։

Բյուջետային ֆինանսավորումը հանդիսանում է բազմամյա ծրագրի մաս, որն իրականացվում է Ասիական զարգացման բանկի հետ համատեղ:
