«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Լոռու մարզում մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ տեղի ունեցած աղետից հետո իրավիճակը շարունակում է մնալ ծանր ու անորոշ. մարդիկ չեն պատկերացնում, թե ինչպես են դուրս գալու այդ սարսափելի վիճակից, իսկ իշխանությունների կողմից իրականացվող քայլերը շատ դանդաղ են, դրանց մեծ մասն էլ՝ զուտ «տեսախցիկների համար», այսինքն՝ ավելի շատ ցուցադրական, քան բովանդակային, հարց լուծող: Ինչպես հայտնի է, այս ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ քանիցս այցելել են Դեբեդի վարարումից տուժած բնակավայրեր, հանդիպել մարդկանց հետ, լսել նրանց խնդիրները, սակայն այդպես էլ էական փոփոխություն գրեթե չկա։
Պետության կողմից իրականացվող միջոցառումները հիմնականում կենտրոնացված են կոմունիկացիաների և լոգիստիկ հատվածում տեղի ունեցած վնասների վերականգնման վրա, այն էլ՝ խիստ մասնակի, իսկ մարդկանց կենսապայմանների թեման մի տեսակ երկրորդ պլանում է մնացել։ Բացի դրանից, վնասի չափերն ահռելի են, և նախատեսված փոխհատուցումները էական ոչ մի փոփոխություն չեն տալու մարդկանց. մասնավորաբար, կան տներ, որտեղ գույքն ամբողջովին թափվել է, քանի որ ոչինչ փրկել հնարավոր չի եղել։
«Փաստ» թերթի լրագրողի հետ զրույցում տուժած մի քանի համայնքների բնակիչները նշում էին, որ հատկապես սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմանների առումով սարսափելի վիճակ է: Նրանք հավելում էին, թե շնորհակալ են, որ գոնե առանձին անհատներ, հասարակական կառույցներ, որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր իրենց կողքին են և աջակցություն են ցուցաբերում, հակառակ դեպքում վիճակն առավել ծանր կլիներ:
