ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ «Պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության Լոռու մարզային ծառայության աշխատակիցները հերթական շրջայցի ընթացքում արձանագրել են, որ 12-13-րդ դարով Լոռու մարզի Քոբայր վանական համալիրի պատերին անհայտ անձը կամ անձինք կարմիր ներկով գրություններ են թողել։ Արձանագրված իրավախախտման դեպքով «Պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը դիմել է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն՝ կատարվածին հետագա ընթացք տալու նպատակով։
ՊՈԱԿ-ից հայտնում են, որ նմանօրինակ դեպքերը քիչ չեն․ հունիսի սկզբին էլ գրառումներ էին հայտնվել Երևան-Գառնի ճանապարհին՝ Ողջաբերդ գյուղի տարածքում գտնվող «Չարենցի կամար» հուշարձանի վրա։
Կոտայքի մարզի Լեռնանիստի 13-20 դարով թվագրվող գերեզմանոցում էլ ՊՄՊ Կոտայքի մարզային ծառայության աշխատակիցները արձանագրել են խոշոր եղջերավոր անասունների մուտքը։
«Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Հանրապետության հուշարձանների տարածքում «Պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության մարզային ծառայությունների աշխատակիցները սահմանված գրաֆիկով իրականացնում են շրջայցեր, սանմաքրման աշխատանքներ, խիստ խնդրահարույց դեպքերում գործակցելով համայնքապետարանների հետ։
Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, հուշարձանների պահպանությանը հետևելը ոչ միայն «Պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի աշխատանքն է, այլև՝ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու պարտքը, ուստի ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորում ենք խնամքով վերաբերել պատմամշակութային հուշարձաններին ու պատմական միջավայրին, չ՛բարձրանալ խոնարհված եկեղեցիների, վանքերի պատերին, մոմեր չվառե՛լ չնախատեսված վայրերում, որպեսզի չխաթարվի պատմական հուշարձանների տեսքը»,- նշում են Պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ից։
