«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
rtvi.com-ը «Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի ղեկավարը Ռուսաստանին մեղադրել է Ղարաբաղը զավթելու և Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու մեջ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Մոսկվան, օգտվելով Երևանի նկատմամբ իր վերահսկողությունից, «խլեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը և վերադարձրեց Ադրբեջանին», ճեպազրույցում ասել է Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։ Նրա խոսքով, Ռուսաստանից լիակատար կախվածության պատճառով հանրապետությունը «հայտնվեց պատերազմի մեջ»։ «Սա տեղի ունեցավ այն ժամանակ, երբ մենք լիովին կախված էինք Ռուսաստանից։ Ռուսաստանը եկավ, մեզնից վերցրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, վերադարձրեց Ադրբեջանին, հետո գնաց, սա է ողջ իրականությունը: Ես պնդում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանը գրավել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը:
Առանց Ռուսաստանի թույլտվության պատերազմ չէր լինի»,- ասել է Գրիգորյանը։ Նա նաև Ռուսաստանին մեղադրել է Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարելուց հրաժարվելու մեջ՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղ բանակցություններում Երևանի դիրքերը թուլացնելու համար։ Նրա խոսքով, ռուս-հայկական ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը նախկին 96 %-ից նվազել է մինչև 10 %-ի, իսկ 2020 և 2021 թվականների ստորագրված պայմանագրերով զենք և զինամթերք չմատակարարելը «Ռուսաստանի ընտրությունն է եղել»։ Ո՞վ և ինչպե՞ս է արձագանքել Գրիգորյանի խոսքերին: «Հայաստանը շարունակում է դանդաղ, բայց անխուսափելիորեն շարժվել ուկրաինական ճանապարհով։ Առջևում եվրոպական «պայծառ» ապագան է»,- զգուշացրել է ռազմական թղթակից Յուրի Կոտենոկը:
«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ես այն կարծիքին եմ, որ մենք պետք է դուրս բերենք մեր բոլոր զորքերը և բազաները Հայաստանից»,- Գրիգորյանի հայտարարություններն է մեկնաբանել «Под лед» հեռագրային ալիքի հրապարակման հեղինակը։ «Ոչ թե Փաշինյանն ու Գրիգորյանն են շալվարը լցրած թաքնվել ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան ցանկապատի տակ, այլ մեղավորը Ռուսաստանն է։ Ըստ ամենայնի, նաև Ռուսաստանն է Ադրբեջանին հանձնում սահմանամերձ գյուղերը։ Եվ նաև, ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս, Ռուսաստանը կտա «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը»։ Շատ հարմար է»,- ասել է ռազմական թղթակից Սերգեյ Կոլ յասնիկովը։ «Գրիգորյանը չի հստակեցրել, թե ո՞վ է ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը որպես Ադրբեջան,- նշել է «Параллель Z» հեռագրային ալիքը,- հիշեցնենք, որ ընդամենը մի քանի օր առաջ Փաշինյանը ասել էր, որ «ինքը դեռ 2018 թվականին պետք է ասեր, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը պետք է լինի Ադրբեջանի կազմում»»։
