Ռազմարդյունաբերությունը Հայաստանում պատեպատ է զարկվում

Թե ինչպե՞ս է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հայաստանում «զարգացնում» ռազմարդյունաբերությունը, կարելի է եզրակացնել ռազմաարդյունաբերության կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնում տարբեր մարդկանց արագ նշանակելու և հեռացնելու, ինչպես նաև ամիսներ շարունակ այդ պաշտոնը թափուր թողնելու գործող իշխանությունների վարքից։
2018 թվականից հետո գալով իշխանության՝ Փաշինյանը նախ որոշում կայացրեց ռազմաարդյունաբերության կոմիտեն միավորել բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությանը, դրանից հետո պարբերաբար նախարարների և կոմիտեի ղեկավարների միջև լուրջ բախումներ են եղել՝ ընդհուպ ուլտիմատումների տեսքով։
2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո ռազմաարդյունաբերության կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնում նշանակվել էր Ավետիք Քերոբյանը, որին 2020 թվականի փետրվարի 10-ին ազատեցին պաշտոնից։ Ամիսներ անց միայն հուլիսին, այդ պաշտոնում նշանակվել էր Գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Արտակ Դավթյանը։
Վերջինիս էլ կարճ ժամանակ անց հեռացրեցին, իսկ տևական ժամանակ կոմիտեն նախագահ չուներ։ Այս տարվա հունվարին էլ այդ պաշտոնում նշանակված Արտյոմ Մեհրաբյանին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բառացիորեն երեկ է ազատել, ընդ որում, ինչպես սովորաբար լինում է գործող վարչախմբի պարագայում, որևէ ողջամիտ բացատրություն չի տրվել, թե ո՞րն է պաշտոնանկության պատճառը։
Ընդամենն օրեր առաջ Հայաստանը մասնակցում էր եվրոպական հեղինակավոր «EUROSATORY» միջազգային ցուցահանդեսին, գրեթե մեկ տասնյակ մասնակիցներ կային, իշխանություններն էլ հայտնել են, թե միայն վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում 500 միլիոն դոլարի պատվերներ են իջեցրել ռազմաարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություններին։
Եթե իրավիճակն այդքան լավ է և ահռելի զարգացում է նկատվում ոլորտում, ապա ռազմաարդյունաբերության կոմիտեի նախագահի հեռացումն առնվազն անհեթեթություն է։ Թերևս, իշխանությունն ինքն էլ գիտի, որ իր հայտարարած լուրջ աճն ամենևին էլ այնքան լուրջ չէ և այժմ փորձում են քավության նոխազներ գտնել նրա գլխին կոտրելու ռազմաարդյունաբերության ոչ այնքան բարվոք վիճակը։
