Հուսով ենք՝ ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսականների բանաձևը կընդունվի և տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն կհաստատվի․ Արցախի ԱԺ

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի հայտարարությունը․
«Ողջունում ենք ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսականներ Աննա Էշուի և Քրիս Սմիթի կողմից ԱՄՆ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատ ներկայացված բանաձևը, որով առաջարկվում է պաշտոնապես ճանաչել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախում իրականացված էթնիկ զտումները, պատասխանատվություն պահանջել Ադրբեջանից ռազմական հանցագործությունների համար և պաշտպանել արցախցիների՝ անվտանգ և ապահով վերադարձի իրավունքը։
Կարևորում ենք, որ ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսականների կողմից ներկայացված այս բանաձևը դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ապօրինի շրջափակումն ու 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին սանձազերծած ռազմական ագրեսիան և ԱՄՆ նախագահին ու դաշնային համապատասխան մարմիններին կոչ է անում անհապաղ գործողություններ ձեռնարկել՝
• ապահովելու Արցախի բռնի տեղահանված ժողովրդի սեփական հայրենիք ազատ և անվտանգ վերադառնալու հիմնարար իրավունքը՝ անվտանգային ամուր երաշխիքների ներքո,
• պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել ռազմական հանցագործությունների համար մեղավոր ադրբեջանական պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ,
• հումանիտար աջակցություն ցուցաբերել Հայաստանին՝ բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիների հումանիտար խնդիրները հասցեագրելու համար,
• կասեցնել ԱՄՆ կողմից Ադրբեջանին տրվող ռազմական աջակցությունը
• քայլեր ձեռնարկել Ադրբեջանում ապօրինաբար պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների, այդ թվում Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության անհապաղ ազատ արձակման և Արցախում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման ուղղությամբ։
Լիահույս ենք, որ կոնգրեսականների կողմից ներկայացված բանաձևը պաշտոնապես կընդունվի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի կողմից, և դրանում ներկայացված դրույթները կարտահատվեն ԱՄՆ գործադիրի կողմից վարվող քաղաքականության մեջ՝ նպաստելով Հարավային Կովկասում արդարացի և տևական խաղաղության հաստատմանը»։
