Քիչ առաջ տեղեկացանք, որ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանն անփոփոխ է թողել առաջին ատյանի դատական ակտը՝ մերժելով դատախազի պահանջը Նարեկ Սամսոնյանին «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ վերադարձնելու մասին։ Նարեկը կշարունակի մնալ վարչական հսկողության տակ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Իմնեմնիմի» պոդքասթի 83-րդ թողարկման ընթացքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին սուր քննադատության ենթարկելու համար երկու ամիս անազատության մեջ անցկացրած Նարեկ Սամսոնյանն ու Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանտ դատարանի որոշմամբ ազատ էին արձակվել մայիսի 21-ին։
Երևանի քրեական դատարանի Ավան նստավայրի դատավոր Արման Հովհաննիսյանի որոշմամբ, խափանման միջոց կալանքը վերացվել էր, նրանց նկատմամբ ընտրվել էր վարչական վերահսկողություն, նրանք երեք ամիս չեն կարող վարել «Իմնեմնիմի»-ն կամ որևէ այլ հաղորդում։
Հանրային մեղադրողն ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում նախ միջնորդեց փոխել նրանց նկատմամվ խափանման միջոցը՝ ընտրելով կալանավորումը, դատարանը չբավարարեց միջնորդությունը։ Դրանից հետո դատախազը բողոքարկել էր որոշումը Վերաքննիչ դատարանում։
