«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Kommersant.ru–ն «Հետխորհրդային տարածքն ապահով հանգրվանի տեսք չունի» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ իրավիճակը կարող է տարօրինակ թվալ, քանի որ պաշտոնական Երևանը վերջին շրջանում ժլատություն չի ցուցաբերում Ռուսաստանի հասցեին մեղադրական ճառեր ու վառ էպիտետներ արտահայտելուց, սակայն իրական քայլեր չի ձեռնարկում։ Քաղաքական մեկնաբան Դմիտրի Դրիզեն կարծում է, որ, չնայած հռետորաբանությանը, Երևանը խուսափում է ռուս գործընկերոջ հետ կոշտ առճակատումից։ Ամենավառ օրինակը ՀԱՊԿ-ն է։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պարբերաբար խոստանում է լքել այդ կազմակերպությունը, ամեն կերպ քննադատում է, բայց, ի վերջո, չի հեռանում։ Ուզում ես բացականչել՝ բայց ե՞րբ, ինչպե՞ս։

Պատասխանը պարզ է. երբ հարկ լինի, այն ժամանակ դուրս կգանք։ Դժվար չէ հասկանալ նման մարտավարությունը, քանի որ Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Ադրբեջանի հետ և սկսել, ըստ էության, իր պատմության մի նոր շրջան, որը խոստանում է բազմաթիվ հեռանկարներ, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսության մեջ։ Եվ, փաստորեն, այդ դեպքում Ռուսաստանից կախվածությունը, ասենք այսպես, զգալիորեն կթուլանա։ Երկիրը փորձում է շրջվել և գնալ հակառակ ուղղությամբ։ Սակայն այդ փոփոխությունները չափազանց ցավալի են և ունեն անկանխատեսելի ավարտ։ Ահա թե ինչու է Փաշինյանը նախընտրում կամուրջները չայրել, և Մոսկվան դա շատ լավ հասկանում է։ Ինչ վերաբերում է պատմության նոր շրջան սկսելուն, ապա պետք չէ հեռուն գնալ օրինակների համար: Բավական է նայել Վրաստանին:

30 տարի այդ պետությունը փորձում է նոր ճանապարհով գնալ, սակայն օրեցօր աճում է վստահությունը, որ այդ գործընթացը հետընթաց է ապրում: Ստացվում է, որ նախկին եղբայրական խորհրդային երկու հանրապետությունները մի տեսակ հակադարձ շարժումներ են կատարում։ Ե՛վ այստեղ, և՛ այնտեղ փորձեր են արվում շրջվելու ներքին և արտաքին լուրջ դիմադրության պայմաններում։ Իսկ Ադրբեջանը, նախկին մետրոպոլիայի հանդեպ իր ողջ հավատարմությամբ հանդերձ, գնում է իր ճանապարհով և առանձնապես կախված չէ որևէ մեկից։ Գոնե այդպես կարող է թվալ առաջին հայացքից: Սակայն, երբ ունես նավթ և գազ, արտահանման խողովակաշարեր և Թուրքիան՝ որպես դաշնակից, ապա շատ ավելի հեշտ է ամեն ինչ։ Բայց, ամեն դեպքում, հետխորհրդային տարածքն ապահով հանգրվանի տեսք չունի։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, դեռևս այնքան էլ հավանական չի թվում, որ տեսանելի ապագայում խորհրդային ժողովուրդների եղբայրական մեծ ընտանիքը նորից կհամախմբվի և, ինչպես նախկինում, վստահորեն կքայլի դեպի պայծառ վաղը։ Իսկ արդյո՞ք, սկզբունքորեն, կա այդ ապագան։ Եվ ինչքանո՞վ է այն պայծառ: Մենք այսքան ժամանակ քայլում ենք, բայց չենք կարողանում հասնել դրան։ Մոլորվել ենք։ Այնուամենայնիվ, պետք չէ հուսահատվել, քայլողը գիտի ճանապարհը, և փոփոխություններն անխուսափելի են։ Եվ դրանից փախուստ չկա։
