«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը այս տարվա օգոստոսին նախատեսում է իրականացնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի «համակարգային վերանայում»: Դրա արդյունքում սակագինը կբարձրանա, կմնա նույնը, թե կնվազի՝ անհայտ է:
Վերջին մի քանի ամիսներին գործող սակագնով աշխատելու պայմաններում ՀԷՑ-ում ձեւավորվել է շոիրջ 2,8 մլրդ դրամ լրացուցիչ գումար: Այս մասին նշված է մեր թերթի հրապարակումներից մեկին հանձնաժողովի ուղարկված պարզաբանման մեջ: Դրանում նշված է նաեւ, որ այդ 2,8 մլրդ դրամը «համաձայն մեթոդիկայի, հաշվարկային տարվա արդյունքների ամփոփումից հետո ենթակա է վերադարձման սպառողներին»:
