ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի երկկուսակցական պատվիրակություն է ժամանել Հայաստան՝ սենատոր Ռոջեր Վիքերի գլխավորությամբ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանությունը։
Սենատոր Վիքերը (հանրապետական, Միսիսիպի նահանգ) հանրապետական ավագ անդամն է ԱՄՆ Հելսինկյան հանձնաժողովում, որը հայտնի է որպես Եվրոպայում անվտանգության և համագործակցության հանձնաժողով։ Սենատոր Վիքերը նաև Սենատի Զինված ծառայությունների հանձնաժողովի հանրապետական ավագ անդամն է։
Պատվիրակության կազմում են․ Հելսինկյան հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ներկայացուցիչների պալատի անդամ Ջո Վիլսոնը (հանրապետական, Հվ․ Կարոլինա նահանգ, 2-րդ օկրուգ)․ համանախագահ, սենատոր Բեն Քարդինը (դեմոկրատ, Մերիլենդ նահանգ), որը նաև Սենատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահն է․ ինչպես նաև սենատոր Ջոն Քորնին (հանրապետական, Տեխաս նահանգ), ներկայացուցիչների պալատի անդամ Ռոբերտ Ադերհոլտը (հանրապետական, Ալաբամա նահանգ , 4-րդ օկրուգ), ներկայացուցիչների պալատի անդամ Ռիչարդ Հադսոնը (հանրապետական, Հս․ Կարոլինա նահանգ, 9-րդ օկրուգ), ներկայացուցիչների պալատի անդամ Թրենթ Քելին (հանրապետական, Միսիսիպի նահանգ, 1-ին օկրուգ) և ներկայացուցիչների պալատի անդամ Էնդի Հերիսը (հանրապետական, Մերիլենդ նահանգ, 1-ին օկրուգ)։
