«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախորդ համարում տեղեկացրել էինք, թե ինչպիսի քաոս է տիրում հատկապես մայրաքաղաքի անձնագրային բաժիններում՝ կապված նույնականացման քարտերի համար առցանց հերթագրման համակարգի վերացման ու դրա արդյունքում «կենդանի հերթերի» գոյացման հետ:
Նյութի հրապարակումից հետո ստացել ենք բազմաթիվ արձագանքներ, որոնց հիման վրա «Փաստի» լրագրողները լրացուցիչ շրջայց են կատարել՝ պարզելով, որ վիճակն իրականում ավելի ծանր է, քան կարելի է պատկերացնել: Պարզվում է՝ նույնականացման քարտերի առցանց հերթագրման վերացման արդյունքում առաջացած «թափուր» օրերին ու ժամերին հերթագրման հնարավորություն է ավելացել այլ ծառայությունների, այդ թվում՝ անձնագրավորման համար, սակայն երբ հերթագրված քաղաքացիները մոտենում են անձնագրային բաժիններ, պարզվում է, որ իրենց անունը ցուցակներում չկա:
Մարդիկ ստիպված են տեղում հերթագրվել և ժամերով սպասել: Մարդկանց բողոքներին ի պատասխան՝ բաժիններում ասում էին, թե իրենք կապ չունեն, և կոչ էին անում դիմել թեժ գիծ: Իսկ վերջինիս զանգահարելն ուղղակի ֆանտաստիկայի ժանրից է. կա՛մ համարը զբաղված է, կա՛մ պատասխանող չկա...
