Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Կանադայի դեսպան Էնդրյու Թըրներին:

Նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը շնորհավորել է դեսպանին ազգային տոնի կապակցությամբ և խնդրել է իր ջերմ բարեմաղթանքները փոխանցել Կանադայի վարչապետ Ջասթին Թրյուդոյին, Կանադայի գեներալ-նահանգապետ Մերի Սայմոնին և Կանադայի բարեկամ ժողովրդին:

Նախագահը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ ամիսներ առաջ Հայաստանում Կանադայի նստավայր դեսպանության բացումով արձանագրվեց երկկողմ հարաբերությունների խորացում և տարբեր բնագավառներում փոխշահավետ համագործակցության ընդլայնում:

«Համոզված եմ՝ մեր երկրում ծավալած Ձեր գործունեությունն իր նպաստն է բերում ոչ միայն մեր հարաբերությունների առավել զարգացման գործին, այլ նաև հնարավորություն է ընձեռում իրական պատկերացում կազմել այստեղ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների մասին»,- ասել է նախագահը:

Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը նաև շնորհակալություն է հայտնել այն աջակցության համար, որ Կանադան ցուցաբերել է Հայաստանին և դժվարին ժամանակահատվածում կանգնել է Հայաստանի կողքին՝ արտահայտելով իր համերաշխությունը: Այդ համատեքստում առանձնակի ընդգծվել է Կանադայի ներգրավվածությունը ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության կազմում, որն արժեքավոր ներդրում է տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության և խաղաղության ամրապնդման համար:

Դեսպան Էնդրյու Թըրները շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության և բարեմաղթանքների համար: «Մենք մեծապես զգացված ենք այն վերաբերմունքից, որ ստանում ենք Հայաստանում Կանադայի դեսպանության բացման պահից, որն իրականացվեց հոկտեմբերին արտգործնախարար Ժոլիի մասնակցությամբ: Մեծապես ոգևորված ենք, որ այսօր արդեն տեղում՝ դեսպանության միջոցով հնարավորություն ունենք աշխատել տարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության խորացման ուղղությամբ»,- մասնավորապես ասել է դեսպանը:

Էնդրյու Թըրները նշել է, որ Կանադան բարձր է գնահատում Հայաստանի շարունակական ջանքերը՝ ուղղված տարածաշրջանում խաղաղությանն ու կայունությանը, և այս առնչությամբ կշարունակի իր օժանդակությունը: Նա նաև հայտնել է Կանադայի պատրաստակամությունը՝ շարունակելու աջակցել ՀՀ ղեկավարությանը՝ երկրում ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված քայլերին:

Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել տարբեր բնագավառներում հայ-կանադական փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը խթանելու և առավել խորացնելու շուրջ:
