Փաշինյանը կրկին պնդում է նոր Սահմանադրության կարիքը

Հայաստանն այսօր նշում է Սահմանադրության օրը, իսկ գործող վարչախումբը կրկին առաջ է մղում նոր Սահմանադրություն ընդունելու մտադրությունը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ուղերձ է հղել, հայտարարել, իբր բոլորիս հայտնի հանգամանքների բերումով ՀՀ քաղաքացին այսօր չի համարում, որ Սահմանադրությունն իր ու իր հարևանի, իր ու իր համայնքի, իր ու իր պետության մյուս բնակիչների հետ ապրելու կանոնների մասին իր պատկերացումն ու պայմանավորվածությունն է արտահայտում:
Քաղաքացին համարում է, որ իշխող վերնախավն է այդ տեքստը ստեղծել, հայտարարել դրա ընդունման մասին և, ըստ էության, ներդրել այն Հայաստանում: Որ գործող վարչախմբի պարագլուխը, մեղմ ասած, ստում է, հայտնի է յուրաքանչյուրին։
Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի պահանջները կատարելու համար է, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմն առաջ են քաշում նոր Սահմանադրության գաղափարը, այլ ոչ մտահոգ են երկրի համար։
«Մեզ պետք է Սահմանադրություն, որն օրգանական կապով կապված է սահմանադիրի՝ ժողովրդի հետ»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը, խոստովանել, որ այս թեման հիմա շատ է շահարկվում թե՛ ներքին, և թե՛ արտաքին դաշտում:
«Բայց մենք անշեղորեն պիտի շարունակենք մեր պետությունը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, ուժեղացնելու, ինստիտուցիոնալ, հոգեբանական ու ֆիզիկական առումով նրան անխոցելի դարձնելու մեր ճանապարհը: Սա դժվար, բայց պատվաբեր ճանապարհ է, ու մենք ընթանում ենք ճիշտ ճանապարհով»,- հայտարարել է նա։
Ամիսներ շարունակ համառ լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ նոր Սահմանադրությունն ուզում են ընդունել Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի պահանջով։ Ալիևը պահանջում է Սահմանադրության նախաբանից հեռացնել Անկախության հռչակագիրը, որում ամրագրված է Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, Թուրքիան էլ՝ նյարդայնանում է զինանշանի վրա Արարատ լեռան առկայությունից։
Ի դեպ, նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանն էլ իր ուղերձում հայտարարել է, թե Սահմանադրությունը մեկանգամյա ամրագրման հռչակագիր չէ, այլ ճկուն ու բազմաբովանդակ գործիք։ Ահա նման ճկունությամբ էլ փորձում են ձևախեղել ՀՀ Մայր օրենքը։
