Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի և արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի ջրերը երբեք էլ մի առվով չեն հոսել, երկուսն էլ պայքարել են Արևմուտքի սրտի պաշտոնյայի դափնիներին՝ հընթացս խանգարելով իրար։ Տարբերությունը մոտեցումների մեջ է։

Արմեն Գրիգորյանն ակնհայտ հակառուսական ժեստերի և ցուցադրումների հարցում որևէ խնդիր չունի, Միրզոյանն էլ ավելի չափավոր քաղաքական կողմնակից է համարվում, ինչն էլ հաճախ հանգեցնում է երկուսի դիմակայությանը, Փաշինյանի մոտ իրար վրա «բոչկա» գլորելուն։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության հանրաքվեի հարցի թեժացումը, Փաշինյանի անակնկալ շրջադարձն ու հանրաքվեի գաղափարից հրաժարվելը լարվածության նոր ալիք են առաջացրել իշխանության ներսում։

Ակնհայտ սորոսականները, որոնք գործում են Արմեն Գրիգորյանի և ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի գլխավորությամբ, իշխանությունից պահանջում են ավելի ակտիվ քայլեր դեպի Արևմուտք, Արարատ Միրզոյանն էլ հորդորել է «դանդաղ շտապել»։

«Սորոսականներին», բնականաբար, աջակցում են ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունն ու ԵՄ պատվիրակությունը՝ Վասիլիս Մարագոսի գլխավորությամբ, որոնք ընդհուպ Փաշինյանից պահանջել են կամ ակտիվացնել իր քաղաքականությունն այդ ուղղությամբ՝ ակտիվացնելով նաև ԱԳ զգուշավոր նախարարին, կամ հստակ հայտարարել իր կողմնորոշումների փոփոխության մասին։

ԵՄ-ն նաև սպառնացել է՝ հստակ ուղղություն չորդեգրելու դեպքում ՀՀ կառավարությանը զրկել ոչ միայն ԵՄ խոստացած 2.6 մլրդ եվրոյից, այլև ապրիլին Բրյուսելում հայտարարված 270 մլն եվրո գումարից։ Փաշինյանն էլ կամուկացի մեջ է, փորձում է բարելավել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, և պորտալարն ամբողջությամբ կտրելը նրա ծրագրերի մեջ չի մտնում։ Իսկ թե ուր կարող է տանել ներկուսակցական լարվածությունը, ՔՊ-ում դեռ գուշակում են։ Ըստ ամենայնի, կամ ԱԽ քարտուղարը կամ ԱԳ նախարարը հրաժեշտ կտան իրենց պաշտոնին։
