«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ԱԺ նախորդ նստաշրջանների ավարտին իշխանությունները մինչև խորհրդարանի «լիարժեք» արձակուրդ մեկնելը նախաձեռնում էին արտահերթ նիստեր, ինչից քպական պատգամավորները հաճախ նեղսրտում էին, քանզի իրենց երկար արձակուրդը «հարամվում» էր: Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս անգամ էլ են նախատեսել հուլիսի ընթացքում մեկ-երկու արտահերթ անցկացնել, որոնց օրակարգում, ըստ մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկի, պետք է ընդգրկված լինեին մի քանի տասնյակ «հրատապ օրինագծեր»։
Այս թեման, ինչպես փոխանցում է մեր աղբյուրը, բավական բուռն քննարկվել է կուսակցությունում, ի մասնավորի՝ Աղվերանում տեղի ունեցած հավաքի ժամանակ։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, հստակ որոշում, կարծես, դեռևս չկա. իշխանությունները կամուկացի մեջ են և հստակ չեն կողմնորոշվում՝ անցկացնե՞լ արտահերթ, թե՞ ոչ։ Մի կողմից՝ իրականում նշյալ «հրատապ օրինագծերն» այնքան էլ հրատապ չեն, մյուս կողմից՝ առաջարկվել է «նավսյակի» խուսափել ավելորդ լարվածություն գեներացնելուց:
Բանն այն է, որ չնայած իշխանություններն ու նրանց սատելիտները պնդում են, որ Սրբազան շարժումը մարել է, այնուամենայնիվ, չեն բացառում, որ արտահերթ նիստերը կարող են նոր հավաքների առիթ դառնալ և ավելի սրել ներքաղաքական վիճակը: Այդուամենայնիվ, մեր տեղեկություններով, արտահերթի հնարավորությունը դեռևս բացառված չէ...
