«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Iz.ru–ն «Քաղաքագետը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանը կրկնելու է Ուկրաինայի ճանապարհը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանը վաղուց է գնում Ուկրաինայի ճանապարհով: Այդ մասին iz.ru-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է քաղաքագետ Յուրի Սվետովը։ Նա նման կերպ է արձագանքել այն տեղեկությանը, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է բազմաթիվ ոլորտներում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների մակարդակը բարձրացնել ռազմավարական գործընկերության մակարդակի։ Այդ մասին ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԱՄՆ Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ ԱՄՆ առաջնորդ Ջո Բայդենին ուղղված ուղերձում։ «Հայաստանը վաղուց է կրկնում Ուկրաինայի ուղին։ 2018 թվականին Փաշինյանը իշխանության եկավ մի շատ հստակ նպատակով, այն է՝ Հայաստանը կտրել Ռուսաստանից և ուղղել Արևմուտք։ Նա ապավինում էր ԱՄՆ-ում գտնվող վիթխարի և Ֆրանսիայի նույնքան մեծ հայկական սփյուռքին։

Եվ այդ ամենը նա իրականացնում է տարբեր մեթոդներով»,- ասել է Սվետովը։ Քաղաքագետի կարծիքով, ԼՂ-ն բեռ էր Հայաստանի համար, որից Փաշինյանը ցանկանում էր ազատվել: «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի գոյությունը ծանրաբեռնել էր նրանց։ Փաշինյանը հստակ որոշել էր, որ այդ բեռը պետք է դեն նետել: Նա պարտվեց Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտությունում, չպաշտպանեց Ղարաբաղը, չճանաչեց այն և իրականում աջակցություն էլ չցուցաբերեց։ Արդյունքում ժողովուրդը հեռացավ Ղարաբաղից։ Ղարաբաղը դե յուրե ադրբեջանական տարածք էր, հիմա դե ֆակտո է դարձել ադրբեջանական տարածք»,- ասել է նա։ Միաժամանակ Փաշինյանը Ռուսաստանին է մեղադրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կորստի մեջ, նշել է Սվետովը։ «Նա ասում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը Հայաստանի համար չի կռվել։ Եվ ամբողջ անցած տարի անվտանգության խորհրդի իր քարտուղար Գրիգորյանը անվերջ ԱՄՆ–ում էր, բանակցություններ էր վարում։ Գումարած, Հայաստանն ունի ԱՄՆ ամենամեծ դեսպանատունը հետխորհրդային տարածքում։

Հիմա էլ հնչել են հետևյալ հայտարարությունները. ՀԱՊԿ-ը պետք չէ, գնում ենք ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթաժողովին։ Այս ամենը տանում էր հենց դրան: Հիմա նա կկնքի ռազմավարական գործընկերության պայմանագիր»,- ասել է փորձագետը։ Ըստ Սվետովի, սա «բավականին տհաճ իրավիճակ է», որը կարող է «որոշակի խնդիրներ» ստեղծել։ «Այստեղ, իհարկե, կարևոր է այն, թե ինչպես կվարվեն հարևանները՝ Թուրքիան և Իրանը: Մենք Հայաստանի հետ սահման չունենք, նրա հետ կարող ենք շփվել միայն Վրաստանի, Թուրքիայի, Իրանի տարածքներով։ Կարծում եմ, որ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Թուրքիայի առաջնորդ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի վերջին հանդիպումը առանց հայկական խնդրի քննարկման չի անցել»,- եզրափակել է քաղաքագետը։
