Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանին փոխելու են

Ռուսաստանում ՀՀ դեսպան Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանն առաջիկայում հրաժեշտ կտա իր պաշտոնին։ Նրա այցը Բելգորոդ, զոհերի հիշատակը հարգելը հարուցել էր գործող վարչախմբի նյարդային արձագանքը, ՔՊ-ից պահանջներ էին հնչել անհապաղ հեռացնել դեսպանին։ Երեկ, ամերիկյան կոնգրեսականների հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը շուտով նոր դեսպան է ունենալու Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում:
Բայց թե ով է թեկնածուն, ու արդյոք հաստատվել է ագրեմանը, չմանրամասնեց: Արդեն ամիսներ շարունակ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ դեսպանի պաշտոնի համար առաջարկվել է ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Գուրգեն Արսենյանի թեկնածությունը։ Միայն վերջերս լուր հայտնվեց, որ Մոսկվայից հաստատել են Արսենյանի ագրեմանը։
Ընդ որում, բացառապես ՌԴ նախագահական աշխատակազմի կողմից, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ից հրաժարվել են հաստատել։ Բայց հայտնի չէ, թե երբ է դեսպանի նշանակումը լինելու։ Ի տարբերություն Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի, Արսենյանը հակառուսական մի շարք բարձրագոչ հայտարարություններ է արել, որոնք արժանացել են ռուսական շրջանակների քննադատությանը, և, դեսպան դառնալու դեպքում նա բավական բարդ հարաբերություններ է ունենալու պաշտոնական մարմինների ու փորձագիտական շրջակաների հետ։
Թերևս, Փաշինյանի ուզածն էլ հենց դա է։
Իսկ փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը դիվանագիտորեն է պատասխանել ՀՀ դեսպանի փոխարինման մասին հարցին, նշել, թե Մոսկվայում դեսպանի փոփոխության հարցը Հայաստանի իրավասությունն է։
«Ուղարկող պետության իրավասությունն է որոշել կոնկրետ երկրում դեսպանի թեկնածությունը։ Տվյալ դեպքում խոսքը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում դեսպանին փոխելու Հայաստանի ղեկավարության մտադրության մասին է»,- ասել է նա՝ պատասխանելով ՏԱՍՍ-ի հարցին։
Գալուզինը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը գոհ է Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի ներկայիս դեսպանի աշխատանքից, նա զգալի ներդրում է ունեցել երկկողմ հարաբերություններում:
